I used Chapplins to sell a close relative's property following her death. Kerry at Chapplins immediately responded to my initial queries about their services, and all of my communication was hastily responded to thereafter! I was particularly impressed by the team's management of the COVID19 restrictions and I was expecting difficulties and delays, but this was not the case. I was very anxious about the overall process especially due to the circumstances, but my mind was put at ease by the team's hasty work, professionalism and general reassurances. I was always updated with any progress, and the property sold very quickly! I used the Solicitor recommended by Chapplins, and I had a very good experience with them too. I would certainly approach Chapplins again if I were selling another property in the area.

After being on the market for 2 years with a previous sales falling through I decided to go with Chapplins given their recent success selling other properties on the road. Chapplins placed great care in marketing the property and following up with viewers to secure a purchaser. The interested purchaser turned out to be quite elusive which caused myself great concern given my previous experience with elusive purchasers. Chapplins supported myself through the decisioning process as to when would be the right time accept the offer and pushed hard to get the required progression out the purchaser whilst maintaining a good relationship with them. I have no doubt if this was handled by a less experienced Estate Agent the sale would have failed given the delays and long periods of lack of communication from the purchaser. Due to the persistence and professional approach taken by the Chapplins team all ended well and the sale completed successfully.

1st Class customer service. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Sold house extremely quick and kept informed throughout the process. Chased when needed for us. Cannot recommend this Estate agent enough if I could have given it 10 stars I would.

Although it was a very stressful process due to covid related problems with our house sale, the Chapplins team , and especially Chantelle went 'above and beyond' to coordinate the process, when our estate agents were furloughed. She actively chased all parts of the chain and stayed in regular contact to keep us informed. I cannot recommend Chapplins enough. Thank you Chantelle !!

Chapplins Estate Agent, Fareham......wow.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

Brilliant photos and 3D tour.

Achieved price we wanted.

Superb customer service.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Always available on the phone.

Emails answered promptly.

We never needed to chase them up.

Great teamwork, if somebody wasn't available, the work was picked up straight away.

Received a call to congratulate us on exchange.

We dealt mostly with Chantelle and Darren. Everyone else was also great and we felt like we were valued clients all the way through the process and not just at the beginning to get us signed up. I did interview another agency, but after seeing Chapplins, they had no chance.

I think having a decent agent is a bit like insurance......when you need them to step up, a good one is worth their weight in gold. Chantelle and Darren kept our chain going under all sorts of difficult conditions. We really believe it is down to them that we are now very happily moved in to our new home.

Without hesitation I recommend them, the best !

I can’t recommend Chapplins in Fareham highly enough!! They are ALWAYS at the end of the phone if you need them, the entire team are helpful and friendly and very professional. I would definitely use Chapplins again.
