What a lovely family oriented team Chapplins are. I would highly recommend them.They take pride in their sales and purchases, they help to relieve the stresses of moving house. We felt sure as soon as we met them that they were the right team, and our instincts were spot on. We used them to sell my elderly mother’s house where she had been for over 60 years. From the initial proceeding when John came to value the house to Selina and Kirsty showing prospective buyers around to Chantelle doing all the conveyancing at the end and all the rest of the team, they all put her at ease and very aware of unsettling but exciting the next chapter of her life would be.Chantelle is a godsend
They were prompt in response to emails and made the whole process seamless with a professional demeanor when dealing with awkward buyers and slow solicitors. Everybody was there to lend a listening ear, offer up advice when I needed it and kept me abreast of any given situation. They all emit a sensitivity, understanding and kindness that help you smile in those stressful moments. They are prepared to help with anything that is over and above their work, their negotiation skills are second to none

In hindsight I feel property was slightly overvalued given the state of the market, however staff were always helpful and extremely responsive, getting feedback where possible after every viewing and did suggest a price drop which got things going with the viewings. When we accepted an offer they assisted in moving things along quickly and we were able to move through to completion within 6 weeks. Katie, Julie Ann, Natalie and Stuart were all very knowledgeable and professional and I'd not hesitate to use them again

The team at Chapplins (whom work so well as team) have provided superb service in all aspects of our house sale. Katie particularly has been amazing from her knowledge of all aspects of selling, the process and taking numerous calls from us with many questions that were always promptly answered. Absolutely excellent team to work with. This was the 3rd house we have sold through them and they have been great with all 3 as well as buying an investment property which was again absolutely spot on. Can not recommend them enough!

I recently used Chapplins of Liss to help me find a flat to rent. I had a fantastic experience overall and a special mention to Lucy Mann, my letting agent who has been incredible throughout the whole process. She was there every step of the way, supporting me and making sure everything that needed to be done was done. Lucy took me to the flat to measure up and showed me everything I needed whilst I was there. She has been a fantastic letting agent and I know she will be as supportive and fantastic as she has been for me throughout the whole process for anyone looking to rent, I could not recommend her more highly! Lucy made the whole process seamless and she was incredibly efficient and professional. Thank you so much Lucy and Chapplins for finding me my perfect first home!
