We had an excellent experience with Chapplins during the recent sale of our 4 bedroom property in Emsworth. From start to finish, the team showed real tenacity and professionalism, particularly as it proved to be a tricky transaction involving a chain and followed a previous sale that had fallen through in the summer. What stood out most was how accessible the key members of the team were at all times. Whenever we needed an update or reassurance, Stuart or Katie were always available and ready to help. Throughout the process they remained calm, proactive and motivated, keeping momentum going even when things became challenging (as they do in chains!). Stuart's persistence and clear communication ultimately helped get the sale over the line. We would not hesitate to recommend Chapplins to anyone looking for a dedicated, friendly, local and reliable estate agent.

Katherine and I wanted to post a review on here about our recent experience of Chapplins in Liss. We cannot thank Tom and the team enough for all they did. The marketing was superb, the level of care is unmatched and they have such a heart for the village. We will miss living here but we would highly recommend Chapplins to anyone looking to buy or sell properties in the area.
