Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

Excellent negotiation skills.

We never needed to chase them up.

Great teamwork, if somebody wasn't available, the work was picked up straight away.

Received a call to congratulate us on exchange.

We dealt mostly with Chantelle and Darren. Everyone else was also great and we felt like we were valued clients all the way through the process and not just at the beginning to get us signed up. I did interview another agency, but after seeing Chapplins, they had no chance.

I think having a decent agent is a bit like insurance......when you need them to step up, a good one is worth their weight in gold. Chantelle and Darren kept our chain going under all sorts of difficult conditions. We really believe it is down to them that we are now very happily moved in to our new home.

Without hesitation I recommend them, the best !

We bought a property through Chapplins at the end of last summer and moved in early December. Chantelle was very proactive throughout the entire process, kept things moving along and informed us every step of the way. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we cannot recommend her or Chapplins enough. Chantelle is a real credit to Chapplins, we only wish she'd been our estate agent and not the vendors!

I used Chapplins to sell a close relative's property following her death. Kerry at Chapplins immediately responded to my initial queries about their services, and all of my communication was hastily responded to thereafter! I was particularly impressed by the team's management of the COVID19 restrictions and I was expecting difficulties and delays, but this was not the case. I was very anxious about the overall process especially due to the circumstances, but my mind was put at ease by the team's hasty work, professionalism and general reassurances. I was always updated with any progress, and the property sold very quickly! I used the Solicitor recommended by Chapplins, and I had a very good experience with them too. I would certainly approach Chapplins again if I were selling another property in the area.
