Veronika and Leanne couldn’t have been more helpful with a stressful move. Despite having to deal with differing timezones it was an incredibly smooth and seamless process. They were both accommodating and flexible and I ended up with a great flat. Available to answer any questions and even post-move, have made it clear they’re on hand to help. 10/10 service.

A brilliant and unrivalled local knowledge of Covent Garden, soho and surrounding areas. I have met the whole team at Tavistock Bow, and without exception everyone is approachable friendly and knowledgable. They always have great suggestions on what's going on in and around the area, promoting a lifestyle rather than just a place to live. Everything you'd expect from a boutique agency rather than a larger chain.

We very much appreciate the personal touch. Everyone is very friendly : nothing is too much trouble and the service is efficient, professional and, above all, any problem is solved speedily and effectively. They are experts in the Covent Garden plus area : very knowledgeable, based on considerable experience. We wouldn't want any other agent handling our property.

The people working at the Tavistock branch are actually lovely and always willing to help, however the flat I rented from them had an unacceptable landlord. I was living in a rat infested flat for months and they never cared or even took responsibility for having rented a flat that had an obvious history with rodents. They were not even willing to compensate after everything! Stay away from any flats in the Covent Garden region! I will attach an image of one of the rats I caught below. It’s just really terrible really… flats with a history of rodents should NOT be put on the market! This a HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD! People could get genuinely sick from this! Very bad on Tavistock part to work with such landlords.

Leanne Saddington is a superbly affable, helpful and knowledgeable real estate agent.
In addition to taking the time to understand the property that I was looking for, Leanne proved to have an encyclopaedic knowledge of her coverage area and an excellent instinct for the properties that I would be interested in. She is an expert negotiator and genuinely goes above and beyond to assist through the full process, including with moving in and remaining in touch thereafter.
It is clear that Leanne is interested in developing long-term relationships with her clients and it is of little surprise that so many have remained her clients across several agencies - including myself.
