I removed my house to another agent after the agreed period because Taylors were awful. They overpriced the house to begin with which resulted in no viewings whatsoever (365,000) I was told they would come and put a board up in the front garden but never happened. The photos that were taken of my property were done on a mobile phone which were poor with no lighting and no use of a drone which had been spoken about previously. I had no communication until just before Christmas when they phoned and asked if I would agree to put my house in the Boxing Day sale at a reduced price of £350,000 to which I agreed to. Still no viewings and no communication until just before the end of the agreed date they called and asked if they could show a couple around which they did. A few days later I emailed them to get feedback on the viewing and changed agents. I would definitely not recommend Taylors.

An outstanding estate agent. I've sold many properties over the years but I have never been so impressed. Although I accepted an offer, Taylors went that extra mile and even got the buyer to increase their offer further. I really felt that they were working for me as the seller at all times.
