Communication and feedback could have been much better. I had to chase on multiple occasions to get feedback on the various viewings that were arranged

No communication whatsoever, took 4 weeks constant calling to get for sale sign up, and in 8 weeks no feedback,have withdrawn property from them

I removed my house to another agent after the agreed period because Taylors were awful. They overpriced the house to begin with which resulted in no viewings whatsoever (365,000) I was told they would come and put a board up in the front garden but never happened. The photos that were taken of my property were done on a mobile phone which were poor with no lighting and no use of a drone which had been spoken about previously. I had no communication until just before Christmas when they phoned and asked if I would agree to put my house in the Boxing Day sale at a reduced price of £350,000 to which I agreed to. Still no viewings and no communication until just before the end of the agreed date they called and asked if they could show a couple around which they did. A few days later I emailed them to get feedback on the viewing and changed agents. I would definitely not recommend Taylors.

I’ve had the pleasure of using Taylors Estate Agents Paignton three times in last two years. I’ve had fantastic knowledgeable advice and proper attention to detail service.
I’ve had the good fortune to have direct dealings with the very experienced Debbie, Jon, Leo and Paula, whilst I’ve also had the enthusiasm of Donna, Lauren, Harrison, Becca and Darcie.
I’m currently, Nov ‘23, going through a House Sale in the very capable hands of Paula who never disappoints in her drive and willingness to go the extra mile to use her magic to secure the Sale.
