I’ve had the pleasure of using Taylors Estate Agents Paignton three times in last two years. I’ve had fantastic knowledgeable advice and proper attention to detail service.
I’ve had the good fortune to have direct dealings with the very experienced Debbie, Jon, Leo and Paula, whilst I’ve also had the enthusiasm of Donna, Lauren, Harrison, Becca and Darcie.
I’m currently, Nov ‘23, going through a House Sale in the very capable hands of Paula who never disappoints in her drive and willingness to go the extra mile to use her magic to secure the Sale.

They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you will do in your life but Taylors went above abd beyond to make our property purchase as stress free as possible.
When negotiating the price of the property they communicated quickly, clearly and effectively to make sure we got the housecwe wanted and at a fair price.
Through to completion they provided regular updates through their sales progression team, this was really helpful and eased any worries as they were always available for questions and updates.

This Agent was unreliable, inefficient and ineffective. There was only one viewing during a 12 week term of engagement and the property was clearly unsuitable for them. I complained about the lack of communication because my messages were persistently ignored, including my request to cease marketing, even leaving it on Rightmove for 20 days after the end of the 12 weeks, by which time it was with another agency. I consider the time I was with them to have been not only wasted but, to my dismay, house prices fell too.

What can I say, I can’t recommend Jon, Paula, Debbie and ALL the staff highly enough, and as Jon will verify, I can be very blunt and black and white! Jon’s knowledge and experience of the housing market, Paula’s uncanny selling skills and Debbie’s following up and completing the sale are unbeatable. Use Taylors Paignton if you want to sell your house, simples.

The service I received from all the staff at Taylor’s was excellent. Debbie, in particular, was absolutely fantastic. She always kept in touch every week and, despite hold ups and difficulties, she never gave up working on my behalf. She was interested in my sale and onward purchase and was always cheerful and efficient. I would give her 5 stars for every aspect of her work and will miss her regular Thursday calls. If you need an estate agent in Torbay, then Taylor’s should be your first choice!

Taylor's were very helpful and I would use them again but I have since removed my house from the market as I am staying put but if I have to sell in a few years I would go back to them

The agent came to value the property at the time agreed and was friendly but professional in his approach. He actually valued the property quite a lot higher than I thought it was worth, but I went with his professional judgement. The agents fee for selling the house was a fixed fee only to be taken when the house was sold and very reasonable.
Draft particulars were drawn up within a matter of days and the house was put on the market very quickly. I was more than happy with the photographs and descriptions of the property.
Taylor's generated a lot of viewings and kept me informed regularly of how things were going by email and telephone. They took prospective buyers around the house and I did not need to do anything in that respect.
Within a month a cash buyer had been found for the property, who offered a little below the asking price, but much more than what I was expecting to get. The whole sale was completed very smoothly within 8 weeks from valuation to exchange of contracts.
I am very happy with Taylor's handling of the sale and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
