I rented from Temple Homes for 5 years and the staff working there have been great. They solved any issues around the flat quickly from a complete boiler replacement down to little niggles with shower screen and light fixtures. All the staff are very helpful and polite, and even arranged visits so that they didn't clash with meetings etc while I was working from home. They were very accommodating during the move out process too and let me hand the keys back after midday as I had some things that needed doing in the morning before I left. It only took them a couple of working days to start the deposit repayment process as well.... Read more

Extremely impressed with Temple Homes since we moved in last year, always quick to resolve any issues around the flat and have always received an excellent level of customer service when speaking to them on the phone or email. I've been renting in Bristol for 13 years and have moved house about 10 times using almost as many different agencies. I can honestly say that Temple Homes have shown a professionalism and courtesy that I've not seen from other agencies. We had to move during the beginning of lockdown and as an asthma sufferer it was a worrying experience. Temple did many things to make me feel safe and comfortable during the move in and beyond. I am still renting now so I have no comment about the moving out process, but 3 months into the tenancy I am extremely impressed so far with their attitude and approach especially during these volatile times. I am familiar with this letting agency. Mainly, as one of the male employees that works there decides to have conversations with customers on the street whilst he shouts down the phone. I personally wouldn't want to be a customer on the other end of the line not knowing your business is being shouted down the street for everyone to hear. They also are incapable of putting their rubbish out for the bin men. So I wouldn't trust their ability in selling or letting your property or their ability seeing as they can't even take their bins out!... Read more

I had a nightmare of a tim letting my house with a local letting agency, which ended in having to find new agents. Temple Homes came recommended to me from someone I trust so I knew I was in good hands. Steve helped me a lot with tying things up with my old agents, and had lots of good advice that I really needed. Where as my old agency didn't care about the state of my house at all, Temple Homes care because it's their business and it directly affects them. I've always preferred this personal approach, and Steve gave me endless help and support when I was getting my house into a good state for renting. My old agents charged me all kinds of fees to squeeze more money out of me at any given chance, and it was such a relief that this was not the case with Steve and James. I wish I'd found them earlier, but foolishly I just went with the closest place. Steve and James just seem like honest people, with a lot of experience and who about their business. I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders to finally know my house is in good hands, with the right tenants. My experience with other agents in Bristol and elsewhere has been terrible, and I was starting to think they were all out to get me! I am happy to say that Steve and James have changed my mind on that front, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.... Read more

Steve and James are absolutely brilliant to work with. We live overseas and both have been super professional and very quick to respond to our questions. They VET the tenants properly and so far in three years have given both of our appartments uninterupted tenancy. Their use of modern tech also has helped with signing of contracts. They both work off the principle of if it is a small repair or issue they will just handle it. If the cost is more then they will get approval before sorting out a repairman to do a job. Have no hesitation in recommending Temple Homes. Just wish they had been running 20 years ago!... Read more
