We completed our move this week and we could not be happier with the performance of Kings to get us to this stage. Sam Nelson and Ben Burton have supported us and kept us in the loop during the whole process. The communication for each and every viewing was second to none! Ben found the right buyer for our property and it was sold within 6 weeks of it being on the market! We used Kings conveyancing team who were outstanding! My dealings were with Sam Nelson the branch manager of Kings Waltham Abbey. I received a high quality of service from the beginning. He arrived on time and was very approachable, listening to my concerns and responding in a straightforward manner with a level of knowledge which was reassuring. I was presented with a really professional information pack which was interesting and informative. There was no sense of pressure and the whole experience was supportive with an offer for me to contact at any time with any questions I might have. I did contact the office on a couple of occasions and the staff at Kings were also pleasant and helpful by letting me know when I might expect Sam Nelson to be available and on these occasions I received a call from Sam within the stated timeframe. Given the enormity of property decisions it is essential to have reliable, approachable, supportive professionals during this time and this was my experience of Kings so without doubt I would highly recommend.

Priscilla was extremely proffesional and answered all of our questions effectively. However, once I had called the office to make an offer, a man answered, who asked for my offer over the phone. He said that they have received a higher offer, which I’m sure was an attempt to start a bidding war. I believe that the owner of the property has the right to know every offer that comes there way, as it is very common when certain individuals cannot finance their offers, which is why the property I viewed today is still on the market.

She Was early to greet us on arrival and was very apologetic when the vendor was late to open the door (of course this wasn’t her fault) she was very friendly and approachable. From start we have dealt with Ilyda, the estate agent. She was great from the moment we have been in touch with her.
After we met her in person at the property, she gave us more confidence in dealing with her. Lovely person and very profesional, giving us all the info needed for us to get the property.
Also to mention, that after putting the deposit down and ready for the next step which was the referencing check, one issue came up from our side, and needed to be dealt with.
Ilyda and the rest of Kings Group estate agent stuff were very helpfull and patient with us in dealing with the matter, which got resolved in the end. But have to admit that it was with their help and time consuming from their side too.

My elderly father in law has just used Kings in Waltham Abbey to sell his property. The service from Kings was terrible. From the moment he received an offer on his home he felt bullied into finding a place to move. Kings frequently called him requesting updates on the process, despite being asked to deal with his son, making him feel harrassed and panicked. Kings gave incorrect information stating that a completion date had been set, when nothing of the sort had been agreed. They had no compassion for an elderly gentleman whatsoever. I wouldn't go anywhere near them again. Very disappointed.

Kings have been wonderful, they are always following up even if there isn't an update just to let us know we wasn't forgotten. The team really pushed for our property and without them I dont know where we would be. Tai was always helpful and patient through the selling process.

UPDATE: Kings Group has continued to prove themselves to be a very professional estate agency. Tai and Sam have been very polite and quickly responsive to our queries. In this being our first time purchase, we have had a few bad experiences with estate agents. Kings Group has been a breath of fresh air. This time it is our first purchase but next time it would be a resale and we would consider them for future business.

I have been impressed with the service I received from Adam at Kings in Waltham Abbey. I found the perfect house on the website and from the outset the service has been exceptional. From first telephone conversation to an email sent to confirm the viewings, and another email sent on the morning of the viewings as a reminder. Email responses have been very prompt and all communications have been helpful, professional and friendly.
Update: I have finally moved into my new home almost 8 months after viewing. What should have been a quick and easy transaction was delayed several times by my buyers not wanting to follow the normal procedure, and being obstructive. Throughout this process, I received advice and support from Luke and the team which I didn't receive from my own selling agent. Exceptional doesn't come close to my opinion of Kings in Waltham Abbey and although I have found my forever home now, IF I ever had to move again, I would only trust Kings with my sale.

I viewed a property that was on the market with Kings and was dealt with by Charlotte. Charlotte was very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I had to change the appointment time but Charlotte was very understanding. When she took us around the property she gave us some great ideas to overcome the doubts we had ie Where to put tumble dryer etc. The house wasn’t the one for us but we were so impressed by Charlotte that we have booked Kings to come round and value my boyfriend’s property as we feel confident that they would do such a good job for us ????????

Awful. Overly chatty to a point of delays and then telephone sways when you call to see if the home of your dreams has been secured. Of course it hasn't because they're on leave (again) and so it goes on...
I'd take away the one star given but like the staff.....
