AVOID! Worst agency in London. Very unprofessional and disgusting man working in there. We kept receiving red warnings addressed to Mohammed, FRAUD. We would have to call them to top up the electricity every week. The boiler was broken, it took them ages to fix it and flatmates paid the engineer and they never saw that money back. Garden was open (no privacy!), there were old furniture in there and lots of rats. They would rent the room to literally ANYONE, rudest flatmates (one of them broke my door room!). They keep your money so don’t expect to receive it back once you pay them. Don’t buy their image of nice suits and clean shoes, they are the most unprofessional and disgusting agents I’ve ever known - can’t understand how people like that can own an agency and make a living from lies and fraud. Not even as your last option, don’t even try, just don’t rent any of their rooms. You’ll regret it.... Read more

WORST AGENCY EVER. We had RATS no electricity and they kept increasing the rent. Fraud. And when they came to check the house (not very often, as they don’t care) they did not respect our privacy, opening in the rooms with no knocking. They kept flirting with the tenants. THE AUDACITY of this agency is just too much. Still waitin for my money btw.... Read more

All the negative reviews are true. They stole my deposit and now I have to take them to court as they didn’t protect it either. They don’t pass rent onto landlords and leave energy bills to be ran into debt, as well as leave properties to get into a terrible state of repair. Agents make inappropriate comments and are very unprofessional. Don’t make the mistake I and the other tenants did. Steer clear and spend your money where you’ll be respected and treated the way a tenant wishes to be treated. This has had a major effect on my physical and mental health and destroyed any faith I have in letting agents. I’m going to pursue this until justice is served. They also operate as “Klaus Estates”.... Read more

My poor elderly mum gave her property to Mohamed to rent out. He put 9 people in her 3 bedroom furnished flat. We didn’t get our full rent and when the tenants left we had no furniture and the flat was left in poor condition- he has kept the tenants deposit and we have been left with a flat in bad condition that is not rentable.... I wouldn’t give this company even 1 star. This man is a fraud , took our tenants deposit and never gave it back. Never got rent from him being the landlord of the property and all he did was ignore our calls. Looking at his reviews I see most the people share the same experience we’ve had. I will be taking action and see that this man pays back all the money he owes people. Worse experience ever.... Read more
