We chose Lloyd Residential estate agent for house management years ago, Patrick French helped us understand regulation and market and was kind, polite and when ask to pay the fee for his consultation he did not charge anything for his precious advice.
That is something different for a start!
Well we called him again to sell a large property in east London.
Our house sold within the first week.
He helped in a long process (buyer form abroad) in any legal steps and every possible aspect of the sell.
He has been far more helpful than our own solicitor!
Excellent service from start to completion.
Patrick French was outstanding in his customer service. Efficient helpful and always in regular contact.
The whole selling experience was stress free. Patrick is extremely confident having the ability to reassure his customers. Outstanding knowledge of the property market business. 100% Professional linked to amazing value.
We sold the house at the price we wanted and he followed up, helped and supported us until the last day.
We bought and sell more than one property in London and we are familiar with estate agencies but Patrick French is the best experience we had in 15 years !

Booked a viewing and nobody showed up. I even called the offices on the day of, and was told that it’s still on. Extremely frustrating, when I tried ringing in I was simply told ‘your details are being passed on’. Ridiculous. Probably booking fake viewings to increase web traffic. I don’t understand the response below either, instead of being apologetic for wasting my time I’m being told off! Why would I write a fake review?! That’s ridiculous, I’ve better things to do. And if you advertise properties that are not available, and book viewings for them, you are doing so for traffic. Please check your voicemail and speak to the staff who took my calls and they will back what I’ve said here.

Well, I was shown a property in Lansdowne Road, E20 1BD, on the first night I was awoken by cockeral. I am now paying for the pleasure of sleep deprivation, currently moving the bedroom into the living room, so I'm now in a 1bed flat.
Repairs
I could go on, long on short of it, repairs weren't conducted when the previous tenant left and I'm now being bullied by the landlord for requesting the repairs. Apparantly, mould has been painted over from whole in a roof which continued to leak last year.
Apparently if the oven doesn't work and an electricIan is called I have to pay for any apparent damage to a cooker that is 20 years old!! I only moved in on the 1st June!! Aghhh!
It is the 18th July, following on from the apparant repairs saga, today between 9 & 10am a Lloyds Residential member will attend he property for a 'sporadic property inspection' out of the blue I am warned that if I change the locks!???? I will be charged £45.00 for the cost of the failed appointment. What planet are these people on, why would I change the locks, furthermore, 'sporadic inspections' is not on the tenancy agreement. Of course I haven't denied access why would I but what a palaver over pre-igsisting repairs!
Its bullying but whatever gets the company through the day!????

I was with Lloyds as a tenant in London for a year- whilst they were good at keeping in touch and corresponding, I did have issues with the lettings process- including a landlord who supposedly "misheard" the offer we made (after having had it accepted)- the agency therefore asked us to pay an extra £100/month!
Eventually the agency smoothed things over with the landlord- but not until they'd tried to negotiate us up by £75, then £50, then £25 extra per month (and "kindly" offering to waive the fees), which we refused.
We were also left without heating and hot water for two weeks- but we accept that wasn't the fault of the agency. Nonetheless, the year I spent was perhaps long enough!

This estate agent provides a TERRIBLE service and landlords and tenants should use another agent
They are dishonest and devious and should NOT be trusted
You rented a flat and provided a tenant who was not working and could not pay even the first months rent
I have sent you over 20 emails if you were to take the time to check my email address and not accuse people of leaving fake reviews
Your actions also caused a mother with a young baby being evicted
I have sent you numerous emails and get useless feedback and round around and you caused me and the tenant several months of grief

Absolutely awful, they didn't do an inventory when I arrived, their checks during my tenancy were cursory at best. After leaving, they provided no inventory for the following tenants and withheld the deposit for more than 30 days just to be difficult. They seem to be on a downward path.
