I have been with City Financial since 2014. And it has been a great experience. They manage multiple properties for me and I also referred them to my friend who is also very pleased. They handle everything and pay me rent on time. When they have been issues - they are usually good at communicating them and helping me find a resolution. They never solve problems we have. We told them about broken windows and water problems and it's been 2+ months and they have done absolutely nothing. They just delay it saying next week, next week. We always pay rent early as well and we call them nearly every week. Absolutely horrible customer service. We can't open the windows ann the whole house boils in the heat.... Read more

These people are the worst. All they ever cared about was taking my rent and not taking any actions to any repair work that I bring up about. 99% of the time when I tell them something is broken, they tell me they will get it sorted in 2 days or they will call me back, but this is nothing but lies. As of now, our shower is still broken, our internet is slow and I have yet to be called to the office so I can sign my new contract and collect my new keys. The only time they bother to call me is when my rent doesn't go through or if the amount I paid was incorrect. Stay away from them at all costs... Read more

my worse nightmare happened when I took on a house via this company. I have nothing but trouble with these treated like crap from start to finish I would not recommend this company. worse days work I have done. I have report these and looks like because they have money they will pay there way out of it... they don't check to see if there houses they rent out are licensed. which in the long run starts a lot of trouble for tenancy's... As a landlady I can honestly say Im extremely pleased with service I have received and continue to receive from City Financial Property Services in the last 3 years. My contract reviewed every year and they pay me top rent for my flat behind Sainsbury’s in Whitechapel. And I don’t have to worry about any minor maintence issue which makes life so much easier as Im busy with work and live in another town. They take care of everything.... Read more
