Chancellors have literally just began to act for me, to manage my residential letting in Oxford. With electrifying speed they have found what appears to be the ideal tenant. I am afraid that I might leave out the name of someone in the team if I try to list them all, so I shall mention only my main contact, Jonathan Pincott, who has from the first encounter proved to be proactive, polished and thoroughly professional in his approach. I was about to sell the property through Chancellors but after his visit, Jonathan estimated that he could achieve a 33% increase in income. This afternoon he seems to have done exactly that. His colleagues are all cast from the same mould - reassuringly on top of their game. So I shall not be selling at this time, thanks to Chancellors, but when I do they will be acting for me.... Don't let property through them, I had tenants who make flat mould everywhere, all other tenants before were fine. I had two reports indicating my flat is fine, Agent and council try to avoid any responsibility, asking me put huge amount to refurbish it. Nightmare.... Read more
