Extremely Unhygienic and Urgent Situation Ignored I am a tenant dealing with an ongoing health hazard in the form of raw fecal matter erupting into our car park. This issue was reported by both myself (4pm yesterday) and by my neighbor early this morning (9 AM) By 4 PM this evening, it had worsened. Despite marking my email as urgent, the response from Benjamin Nujeerallee was delayed, and his follow-up with the landlord resulted in nothing but requests for more information. I escalated the matter to his manager, Adam Bevan, who deflected responsibility, claiming it was the building manager's issue. It doesn’t matter who’s responsible — as agents, they should be addressing this immediately with whomever they deem appropriate. The situation is disgusting and grossly unhygienic, particularly considering that my household includes doctors and surgeons who are on call and need access to their vehicles. This lack of urgent attention is unacceptable for any tenant, and the exposure to such unsanitary conditions is appalling. What’s more appalling is having to write a Google review to get the matter sorted.... Read more
