Absolute waste of money! Took our 1 year old here today, she got pushed over, hurt and balls thrown directly in her face on purpose. Parents were no where in sight. There was more big kids fighting in the baby area than toddlers and not one parent got up and told their child to stop or get out, and neither did the staff. The sensory room was again full of older children launching the equipment at eachother and wrecking the place. The place was an absolute dump! We didn't even stay half an hour after paying £4 for her to go and play! Only when I complained to staff on the way out did they say they'd go over and and have a look. It's their job to keep the place clean and safe and they could see exactly what was going on, they just didn't care! Absolute joke of a place!

Good place to go with kids. Suprised that it lacks gluten free or lactise free food. You are, however, welcome to take your gluten free biscuits for coffee, I was told

Toddler area full of kids well over 4! Kids climbing on the external walls of the play area and staff or parents didn't care! One child completely on top of the play area frame, again, no one really noticed. The toddler section has a netted floor in parts so the toddlers legs just fall through it! Oh and the place stinks of chip fat! Scruffy overall!
