We had our property on the market for almost 3 months and only had one viewing in that time, despite dropping the price. We had to contact the agent on several occasions for updates and were not able to check the status of interest in the property ourselves on line. They were however always polite and did usually ring back when we requested but I feel they could have been a lot more pro-active and kept us updated a lot better.... Read more
