They helped me fill in all paperwork and helped me and answered all of my questions along the way. I would highly recommend using Clive Watkin for selling/buying a house as they are very professional and nothing is ever too much for them. Absolutely fantastic, and I can’t thank them enough.

If I do not know what to do I phone Brian or walk to the West Kirby Office and both of them do their best to sort out what ever is a worry to me.

They know me on first name terms which I feel is easier to communicate and chat with staff. All staff are great. I have had a few mortgage advisors and at present Nicolas Cabo has been the best. Will informed and explained everything as it should. I wolud recommend him to anyone who needs a mortgage. Top guy. Thanks. A.

18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

4th Jan 2025 (12 days ago)Kirsty, Grace and the Hewitt Adams team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, we both sold our house and purchased our new house with them and they were faultless throughout. Kirsty works incredibly hard and was always on hand when we needed her, nothing was too much to ask. We are hoping we will never have to move again but if we do Kirsty and the HA team will be the first people we will be contacting!

They have been brilliant with their service, always ensured my property was renting out for the market rate. Over the years it has been empty for only 6 months over the pandemic. Highly recommend their flawless service, communication and competitive rates.
