Great service. Very patient with the sale due to surveyor issues! But always kept informed and felt they went above and beyond. They were always realistic when it came to offers received on the property. Would use again and would definitely recommend

Whiteheather Estates has been looking after my house since 2019. They were very quick to find me my first tenant. As I live in London, I needed a company who would take a care of house and make sure all problems would be resolved quickly. I always had great communication with the whole team. Lovely firm. Sue Selby met us and took really care and time to chat about the properties and how they would suit our wants/needs. Really appreciated the time she put in to chatting with us and making sure we fitted the location and location was right for us. Would highly recommend.

Waited outside the property only to find out, after calling them, it had already been signed over.
DO NOT USE these people.
Find someone else.

You can tell this is a family business. Great personal touch and they take their time to really show you property properly the first time. I only had to view once as they give me confidence and time during my walk through's to make an informed decision. Thank for for supporting me through the process and also navigating some challenge conversations with the seller following the survey. Very happy with the support and clear communication with my purchase.
