Lovely firm. Sue Selby met us and took really care and time to chat about the properties and how they would suit our wants/needs. Really appreciated the time she put in to chatting with us and making sure we fitted the location and location was right for us. Would highly recommend.

DID NOT notify us in advance.
DID NOT notify us on the day.
Waited outside the property only to find out, after calling them, it had already been signed over.
DO NOT USE these people.
Find someone else.

You can tell this is a family business. Great personal touch and they take their time to really show you property properly the first time. I only had to view once as they give me confidence and time during my walk through's to make an informed decision. Thank for for supporting me through the process and also navigating some challenge conversations with the seller following the survey. Very happy with the support and clear communication with my purchase.

Spoke to a lady in the begining and asked for any details on properties, I found her quite offish and rude. My husband and I looked at a property and put in offer on the weekend, which was accepted, only to be called on Monday mid morning to say that someone else had put a higher bid in would I like to raise mine. Didn't think this was allowed to happen now. Was also told they would send over details for another property, I never got them. Totally lost my faith on this agent. Would not use them

I sold my house through White Heather, I was referred to them by a friend who had used them in the past. I received valuations from Clive Watkin, Jones & Chapman and White Heather were the best priced for me. Even though they were outside of the local area I trusted them given the advice and expertise displayed at the valuation.
I had a first time buyer willing to purchase within days of the property going live but my circumstances changed and I had to take the house off the market. A year later I went back to these guys to re-market my property, sure enough they did exactly what they said they would. I had an offer within weeks for the full asking price!!
I would highly recommend White Heather :-)

Brought and sold a property throught this company.1st class service from start to finish. As its a family run business it felt like a personal service. Managed to contact them out of hours anytime in the day to discuss anything i wasnt sure on. They kept me updated with the progress of the sale of property daily. I couldnt recommend white heather estates enough and if needed to use there service again i wouldnt go anywhere else.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Another agent that is trying to milk tenants by not refunding fees that they have no right to keep. Avoid this company like the plague!!!
The response from White Heather about this complaint tells you all you need to know about this company. A company desperate to unlawfully generate revenue as opposed to providing decent customer service.
All information was provided as requested and in full, including bank statements, payslips etc.
All communication recorded as well as conversations on the phone showed that the fee was refundable and legal advice has confirmed this.
As soon as this was questioned, my email address was blocked from sending them emails. I've attached the image which shows my email was marked as spam.
A Court Claim has been submitted and look forward to seeing this resolved. Should you wish to stop proceedings, you know my number to call me back and return the fee you took unlawfully for work you didn't even undertake.
As above, avoid like the plague!!! :)

Quite possibly the worst tinpot company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. I had a problem with a property, and was threatened with court action if I requested a second opinion on there refusal to meet there LEGAL requirements. Major problems with the property from day 1. You’d be better off living in a shop doorway, than using these people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
