This review is overdue. A few years ago a parcel was passed to Trans Global Freight Management Ltd from outside the UK. I paid my import duty they requested before they would release my parcel. They then swiftly lost the parcel and wouldn't refund any duty I paid. I got everything refunded from the sender, but I then saw that what I ordered was being sold on eBay in the same town it was "lost" in. It advertised as "new" and was being sold for the same price I paid, minus shipping and duty. I would be willing to bet that this was my item. Trans Global Freight Management Ltd is run by crooks. I would not recommend. Avoid at all costs if you can.

terrible experience. I scheduled a delivery for a specific time slot and even paid in advance. However, the company changed the schedule without my consent, causing inconvenience and additional costs for me.

If you're new to freight forwarding, try to avoid this company. I repeatedly asked for assistance but was pushed off, they don't like to speak on the phone and then hit you with unexpected large charges. Such a shame, a small amount of care in their customer service could make such a difference

Ridiculous service ! So inefficient. Used them for almost a year and they kept losing stuff.Last time they lost my shipment and then they made bunch of lies about it for two weeks... AVOID... Most unreliable service I've ever had in my life !
