We sold our first home with Robinson Jackson. Rob (Senior Partner) and his team were wonderful and professional from the start. We were not 100% sure about selling at the beginning. They offered to take some photos first (they were beautiful by the way!) without charge while we decided whether to put the house on the market. They never pressurised us and they made us feel very comfortable about making this decision for ourselves. Once decided, they gave excellent advice on pricing based on their extensive experience of the local area. They were very efficient - from the moment we casually walked into the agency for a chat to having photos taken, and having the house up on the market took less than a week. Rob and his team secured us a successful offer on the first day of viewings. Following that, it was a very long painful wait because of the size of the chain... But Rob and his team continued to reassure us, chase up on the chain and communicate with us effectively, keeping us updated. We highly recommend Robinson Jackson.

Robinson Jackson have been absolutely amazing from start to finish! If your thinking of going with them , you should! Myself and my partner were made to feel comfortable and welcome as we walked in and straight away was seen by a broker when we told them we was interested in a property. I was initially set up with a neighbouring Estate Agent a few doors down who I had to leave due to them losing the sell of my flat because of their bad communication skills and what seemed a lack of experience and organisation within their office.
RJ seemed to have a professional way about them where they always knew what was going on and if you had any questions they were there to help, even on Sundays. They do their best to make a stressful process as smooth running as possible which is what they did for me.

Our experience with Robinson Jackson has been excellent, from Rob's visit and taking brilliant photos which helped sell our home within 1 week of signing up with them. Our buyer had made an offer before she had even viewed the property just by viewing the online photos. Our property went online on Thursday 15 October, our first viewing was on Sunday 18 October and in total we had 8 viewings booked for that week, Ellie and Josh were very efficient when contacting us and confirming viewing times etc. By Wednesday 21 October we received 2 offers and accepted an offer at the upper asking price.
During the course of getting to exchange of contacts and the completion date Tracey Wright, the sales negotiator, has been so supportive of us and helping reduce my stress levels and keeping us updated on each stage.

Anyone looking to sell a property in the Greenhithe area should read my review. I owned a house in Greenhithe (10 minute walk from the station) for 10 months and I couldn’t have picked better estate agents to sell my property. Prior to putting the house up for sale, I invited all local estate agents around for feedback, discuss the sale price and their fees. Below are the team I dealt with and my review of their hard work.
Jordan Evans
It was Jordan that came to visit me initially to view the house and discuss the sale price and Robinson Jackson fee. Jordan was very complimentary of my property and made me feel at ease at what was a stressful time for me. Jordan provided stats of the properties Robinson Jackson had sold in the area and was very honest, managing my expectations. This was my first experience of selling a property and Jordan’s calm, empathetic nature put me at complete ease.
Due to the meeting I had with Jordan, I decided to go with Robinson Jackson and the service Jordan provided alone, continued to push above and beyond my expectations. Within a week of the property being on the Market I accepted an offer. Unfortunately, at the date of exchange, the buyers pulled out and I was devasted (as you can imagine!). However, Jordan phoned to let me know the team were committed to selling my property once again and whist Jordan was sympathetic, he was honest regarding the Market over the Christmas period, again setting my expectations so I wasn’t disappointed.
Overall, I think Jordan is personable, professional, understanding and courteous. He has a friendly approach and makes you feel like an actual individual rather than another number on their books. I highly recommend Robinson Jackson and its thanks to Jordan that I chose to go with them. Thank you Jordan.
Mitchell Grogan
Once I agreed to use Robinson Jackson, Mitchell took the time to pop round and view my home. I was able to talk through everything with Mitchell i.e. projects I had completed and things outstanding. Mitchell invested time in getting to know me and my home, which I believed help Mitchell recommend and sell my property. Mitchell’s persona is very similar to Jordan’s, calm, friendly, professional and simply a delight to be around. If it wasn’t for Mitchell I would not have had another offer as quickly as I did (following the previous buyers pulling out). Within 24 hours of my house going back on the Market, Mitchell recommended my property to the right buyers, who viewed twice and offered straight away. Mitchell makes you feel like you are the only house he is selling, which in turn made me feel at complete ease with the whole process. I think Mitchell does a fantastic job and above any beyond any local agent I have met. Thank you Mitchell.
Tracy Wright
Once I accepted an offer on my home, Tracy took over the process and was my first point of contact. If it wasn’t for Tracy I think I would have lost the plot! I found the whole process in selling my home stressful and slow. I wasn’t overly impressed with my Solicitors which probably didn’t help. However, Tracy is the person in the middle who liaises with the buyers, sellers and both sets of Solicitors and what an amazing job she does! Tracy manages expectations, provides updates before your Solicitors do (in my case anyways!) and simply helps and talks you through each stage of the sale. Tracy is sympathetic, very competent and friendly and she was my go-to-person! I contacted Tracy every week and she never made me feel like a nuisance (which I probably was!). I don’t know if other local estate agents offer this service, but it was because of Tracy that I managed to get through the process in a relatively calm manner. I was so impressed with Tracy, I popped in on the day of completion with a thank you card. Tracy, you do a fantastic job and I hope the business recognises all you do, for people like me.

Choosing the right Estate agent is a very important part of your property move. We had a couple on our short list but chose to use Robinson Jackson and have not regretted it for one moment.
From the initial introduction the whole Swanscombe team have been professional and enthusiastic and make you feel special. Led by Jordan the Branch manager his whole team have always answered any question immediately and if they saw they will call back always did.
We were fortunate that our house sold quickly. This was partly due to it being marketed at the correct price and also the client base RJ already had of people looking for similar properties to what we were selling.
Once offer was accepted the progression team stepped in and Tracy was fantastic. Full of energy and passion and really whipped the solicitors into shape ensuring we exchanged in a timely manner and didn't let the momentum slow at any point! The progression team are pivotal to us buyers and sellers as they always return your call and sort out any problems or concerns we had. they are a good point of contact as well for liaising with your solicitors which i didn't realise until now.
I am rarely one to leave a review but in this case it is thoroughly justified!
