Sarah has been extremely considerate and thoughtful when dealing with myself and my family. Luke in particular, has gone above and beyond to help myself and my family find a new home in difficult circumstances. I cannot recommend them enough and am thrilled they will also be managing the property I am moving into.

We live abroad and she’s handled the whole thing for us and made it all super easy & clear. We fully recommend her if you’re considering letting out your property! 5th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I recently had Connor from Acorn Estate Agents in Dartford carry out a valuation on my property, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Even though I made it clear that the valuation was mainly out of curiosity rather than an immediate plan to sell, Connor still took the time to be thorough, professional, and extremely helpful. He arrived well prepared, talked me through the local market, and explained clearly how he reached the valuation figure. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush the appointment and was happy to answer all my questions. His knowledge of the Dartford area and current property trends was very reassuring. Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience with no pressure at all, just honest advice and great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Connor and Acorn Estate Agents to anyone thinking about selling or simply wanting an up to date idea of their property’s value.

9th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Unprofessional. No communication from them. When we viewed the property it was clean and on move-in day place was left dirty, holes and marks on walls and left over goods. Whole process was terrible.

Demetri progressed the purchase all of the way through; taking just 3 months to complete. He kept us well informed and really kept on top of the communication between solicitors and other estate agents making the whole process quite stress free. Would highly recommend.

Liam was always on the phone trying to resolve the difficulties and was instrumental in progressing my sale to completion. Poor Liam has been through all the highs and lows with me. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to him! The service I received was outstanding for a very competitive rate.

The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken
