DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COWBOY FIRM. I have rented a property for 11 years with no issues until my landlord disappeared last year. Then I received a call from Zahoor to say they had taken over the management of my tenancy and would be conducting a "rent review". Within a couple of months, they informed me I owed rent arrears going back to 2020! I disagreed with this and they started eviction proceedings. On further investigation I realised I was actually in credit so issued a counterclaim. within days 2 of my cars were vandalised - Police are now involved. Zahoor and his thugs will stop at nothing to obtain or keep money. Disgraceful!... Read more

DONT RENT PROPERTY FROM MANZIL PROPERTIES!!! He took over property of my lanlord who is also poor exuse for a human.. Zahoor what a joke doesn't look after house at all!! Zahoor have always excuses and he think that am on his level of mentality which in his case is not a lot if he thinks I eat every lies he say. Last time he came I thought he will fix the problems in house. As I expected nothing happened!! He literally just came out after weeks of promises that someone will come etc etc.. to tell me after he made some ,,recordings of problem" that my rent will be raised!! He is a LIAR!! and what is so child-ish is that he play dump all the time. When is some problem he expects that you will take care of it on your own. Terrible and unprofessional. I emailed them no reply then rang them numerous times with no answer, when I did get through the agent was rude and all I could hear was kids screaming in the background. When eventually we booked a appointment to view a house we got to the property only to be rung up 5 mins before the viewing and told it's gone bearing in mind the agent told me we was the the 1st to view it. Avoid this business at all costs, not even worthy of one star, the agent/owner of the business Zahoor is a joke. He found a tenant for my property and she was running an illicit business from my rental property, with males visiting at all times day and night. She owes me 4 months rent and the agent never chased it up, I lost business and the house was left in a dilapidated state. I paid thousands to refurbish it. Zahoor never answers his mobile phone or business landline, however whenever I visited his office unannounced he was always there, his “employee” at the reception desk answers some calls, after looking at the caller display, seems like they’re avoiding some calls. I am also still owed some cash from the agent for work that was never carried out. Overall, avoid this fraudulent business and its practices, pay alittle more to other estate agents who will be available to answer your calls, and those who will bother to do extensive checks on prospective tenants....
