Simply the worst experience I have ever had with real estate agency! A booking for viewing after 2 weeks! (This must be a joke!), followed by confirmation of viewing, then reminder of viewing on the day of viewing, but less than 24 hrs before viewing I was contacted by the so called real estate agency to cancel the viewing! Miserable and total failure combined with lack of honesty and professionalism! They seemed like plane that failed to get off ground, a ship that failed to sail, or a horse that failed to set off in a race!

Don’t let this Hunters Bradford manage your property! They don’t care about the house. It’s been a month now that we ask them to fix the switch to our bathroom but up until now it hasn’t been done. I’m fed up of calling them and sending email as nothing gets done anyway so I’m just leaving a nasty review here as maybe they are waiting for me to do this and thats the time they will sort it out or update me what happening. Anyway, Hunters, do not reply to this if you will just tell me it’s been reported already and waiting for them to come to my house. We want your action and not your promises!

Absolute rubbish of an agency! Avoid at all costs! I am sure they are great for vendors, but if you're a buyer you won't be able to get a property through them, especially if you look for cheaper properties.
No way of booking a viewing over the phone, they ask you to send an email even though you are speaking with them on the phone at that exact moment. When you send an email they don't respond so you need to chase it. But you can't chase over the phone, you need to send an email again. Then you wait again. If you're lucky to get a viewing and actually like the place you can't put an offer over the phone like all other normal agencies do, you need to send an email again. You won't hear from them for days and there is no confirmation email to say the offer was passed to the vendor. Then you call again and chase it. The response is: "Oh yes, I'm sure your offer was dealt with." But there is no confirmation or proof!!
Then you'll get a random email on a SUNDAY when the agency is closed saying the vendor wants £5000 more than the advert says. They ask if 'you can come up with that kind of money.' How the hell writes emails like that??? The email is signed by a person who only wrote their first name, no surname, no title, no position in the company. When you increase your offer to a price you believe is reasonable they will send you an official confirmation email that your offer was passed to the vendor. Which proves the first offer was never given to the vendor. BUT AGAIN YOU WON'T HEAR FROM THEM! You look at the advert a few days after that and the pricing is changed to a 'fixed price' and increased to the amount they wanted from you.
They have all the time in the world to reply to peoples' bad reviews with long and elaborate responses, but don't have the time to actually do their job which is selling properties!!

Good listings however awful communication system. Very dated process of sending in emails which no one responds to for viewings. Personally I ended up buying from another estate agent simply because I could not book viewing over the phone. The whole of Bradford minus 2 estate agents can book via phone, unsure who makes these decision but clearly a massive put off for many people. I’d avoid just for the sake of not dealing with the hassle.

What an amazing service received when buying my property. From start to finish, Sophie and Robert have been able to help me through the whole journey. I made the mistake of using a solicitor, that was the cheapest, but in doing, so, my solicitor made the whole process, very difficult to put through and Sophie and Robert were able to help the situation. If it wasn’t for them, I would still be waiting for the sale to go through. I’m very happy with Hunters and will use them in the future. I’ve even received great aftercare service to ensure I’m ok and everything is up and running. They have gone above and beyond my expectations of what an estate agent is and can offer. :-) extremely happy customer.

My mum's Pty was put for Sale with Hunter's Estate Agents - Bradford. I received eexcellent customer service, the communication via telephone and email again has been 1st class. Alan the Valuer was a really lovely person to deal with put me at ease straight away, he was very polite and very respectful of my mum's situation.
Alan then explained to me all the next steps the Sales Manager Robert would then contact me, we spoke at length.I cannot thank Robert enough for his time, patience in helping me understand and explain the best option for sale of my mum's property. He is one in a million and a real character. The way he has dealt with me, is the single reason I asked my mum to put her property up for sale with Hunters. I personally want to pass on my heart felt thanks to Robert and I will show my individual appreciation once the Sale has been completed. Robert has been absolutely a gem and I can't personally thank him enough. 5 stars
Just to let people know of the 3x Agent that came out Hunters were not the cheapest, but the Excellent Customer Service I personally have received and the time they have spent with me has been nothing short of expectational.
Robert and Alan are aware of bigger picture and around the reasons for for sale ofthe property. They found my mum a buyer and a Sale Agreed in less than 48 hours.

Pretty poor service. Absolute pain to book any sort of viewing as you can only do it via email. To then put an offer in on a property and the owner to come back with a counter offer of which I accepted. 2 weeks later of endless phone calls and the owner has now sold the property?

Recently bought a house which was up for sale with Hunters Bradford. Dawn accompanied our viewings superbly!! We visited/viewed the property x3 times and it never seemed too much trouble. Dawn has a lovely personality, friendly & certainly puts you at ease during the home buying process. Absolutely shocking service from hunters. I called for a valuation and had to wait weeks as their online booking system doesn't work. Secondly Rob turned up and gave me useful information and he promised to follow it up in an email. I've been chasing him for weeks but he simply ignores my calls and emails. The level of service is absolutely shocking and disgusting.

A thoroughly professional service with an organisation that is happy to "go the extra mile". I was particularly impressed, right from the initial visit, where Robert completed a detailed appraisal of the property including using a drone to look at the roof and give potential buyers an idea of the surrounding area and advising of the price and method of selling, which was totally correct. Simply the best…. Now, I have been buying and selling houses the last 12/15 years and as you would imagine I have dealt with a number of estate agents in those years. NONE come even close to Hunters of Bradford. I have never known an estate agent who weekly checks in with the buyer, seller and both sets of solicitors. Unheard of. From start to end they were professional, informed, efficient, understanding and most importantly very personable in particular Sophie who was just our right super star. From the very first email asking Hunters Bradford to value my inherited house, they have been 5*. Sophie has been fantastic organising everything and couldn't be more helpful. I personally found the person who showed me round the property the most friendly of all. There was a member of the team whom I felt was not very accommodating when I asked questions I wanted answering about the property which wasn't good. She just told me my solicitor should answer them making me feel bad for showing an interest in the property. Also, I didn't like the fact that updates were always sent via email and every time I called the estate agents I was asked to send an email instead of phoning which I didn't like. I thought the little new house box I got with the keys which contained information and smellies etc., was a lovely gesture for new home owners.

All the staff were extremely professional. Robert, who did the valuation went out of his way to provide aerial shots of the property and provide informative information. I had no issues with any of the process or staff. Everything was completed in a straight forward manner. The only gripe would be to have more experienced staff on hand to take phone calls instead of just a young man who had little knowledge telling you to email the sales team. Apart from this I have had a good experience with Hunters. There are some estate agents in Bradford I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole but I would rate Hunters the best amongst estate agents.

Just called the Agent about a let-by board that has been up for over a year on my street on Lytton Road. Called to ask the Agency to take the board down as it causes confusion for those looking for a home on the street but was advised that the landlord doesn't want the board taking down yet. The law states the the board should've been taken down within 14 days. Maybe try some other means of advertising

I was selling my elderly parents' house and got several estate agents to value it. I was actually pretty impressed with them all, but particularly the valuer from Hunters, Robert. Hunters were also the best value, so I went with them. Robert was my main point of contact throughout the sale, and made the whole process run smoothly and surprisingly quickly. From valuation to completion took just less than 2 months, which was much less than I'd anticipated. I live some distance from the property so was very grateful to be able to just leave everything with the estate agent. So a big thank you to everyone from Hunters who was involved in the sale, Robert in particular.

Not a very positive experience with this agent. Robert from this office had plenty of excuses for not providing a virtual video viewing for a property which seems unjustified when your booking attended viewings (it is very difficult when I'm based in Essex) Won't the belongings in the house be seen then by potential new owners walking around the house?
I wouldn't waste my time with this office.

Hunters Estate Agents in Bradford did a prompt job in advertising and selling an inherited property. It needed modernisation so was never going to command top prices for the area, but nevertheless, Hunters 'modern method of auction' process still managed to achieve in excess of the initial top end valuation.

From beginning to end the team at Hunters were amazing. We bought both our new forever home and sold our previous home with them. I also used the solicitors connected to them who were great. Both were there for us every step of the way. Keeping us updated of progress and following up any enquiries as quickly as possible. We were given lots of great advice from both Deirdre and Rob always willing to help and go out of their way to do so. We found them to be professional and helpful. Booked valuation of my property on line for 12 o clock this morning. No email or phone call from them to confirm. When I rang was told they had no details on their calendar and the property value person would ring me back . No-one did . Booked another valuation on line for 10 .30 a.m. tomorrow . Decided to ring and check. The young woman I spoke to told me appointments can't be booked on line and they're going to sort it out on their website!!! Again their valuation person would contact me when back in the office . No-one has . Lucky l rang otherwise I would have been waiting in for someone who wouldn't turn up . Obviously will not be using them to sell my house .

The staff at the Bradford office of Hunters have been great. They've helped us enormously through what could have been a difficult sale. Particularly around the time when the health crisis started when my wife and I were not sure what do. It was through their great negotiation skills that we got a good price for the house, all things considered. When we had issues with an adverse valuation report, their help in sourcing surveyors to solve the issues was fantastic. My wife and I cannot recommend this firm and its Bradford office highly enough.

We used this branch to let our flat for nearly 2 years. The service was exceptional, they fully managed it and let it continuously without any vacant time during that period. Earlier this year we sold the flat and used them as agent as it seemed to make sense. They liased with the tenants and arranged all the viewings leading to a sale. The fee was a little upish, considering the value of the flat, but to use a third party would've been too complicated. Overall, on both the letting and sales sides, they did a very good job.
