I just recently moved in to Bradford and I am so happy I got to be with Squarefoot Apartments. My first meeting was with Claire and she was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. My second meeting was with Alex and she was brilliant, when I told her that I am new to the area and I am on my own she immediately offered to help with anything I need and gave me lots of useful tips. The man owner of this property trap is a SERIAL liar. If you are buying or selling a property, he will lie anything to get as much money out of you as possible. If you are renting through him, he will charge you a huge amount of commission as well as from the owner of the property. But if you need his help to solve any issues or problems with the property you have rented, he will either not take your call at ' that ' hour or will make false promises to attend to your problem. Later when you will complain to him for not coming to rescue or help, he will show you a clause in the contract that he is not bound to help you in minutes. In short, he is a greedy liar.
