Not only did she go above and beyond but she provided us with complete reassurance in our purchase of the sale. Without Natalie it wouldn’t have been possible. We had the most wonderful experience with Natalie and Michala from the shared ownership shop during our first home purchase. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure our journey was as easy and as less stressful as possible. We would not have been able to cope / deal with it all without them. Being first time buyers, we really needed that extra help and guidance and we were given this 100%. The Shared Ownership Shop made the whole process perfectly clear and I felt like I was being looked after by professionals with my best interests in mind. Buying my first home, I had no idea what I was getting myself into! From start to finish, Natalie expertly described everything to me, without hesitation (considering how many questions I fired her way), whilst offering perfect clarity.
