We had the most wonderful experience with Natalie and Michala from the shared ownership shop during our first home purchase. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure our journey was as easy and as less stressful as possible. We would not have been able to cope / deal with it all without them. Being first time buyers, we really needed that extra help and guidance and we were given this 100%. Natalie responded to all questions and emails almost instantly and kept me updated through-out whilst pushing to get exchange and completion done as quickly as she could for us. Unfortunately I had a bumpy ride with my solicitors and being a first time buyer this wasn’t helping me at all, but in particular, Natalie at the Shared Ownership Shop, helped me out tremendously, she kept me calm and supported me along the way. The Shared Ownership Shop made the whole process perfectly clear and I felt like I was being looked after by professionals with my best interests in mind. Buying my first home, I had no idea what I was getting myself into! From start to finish, Natalie expertly described everything to me, without hesitation (considering how many questions I fired her way), whilst offering perfect clarity. The team at Shared Ownership Shop were amazing! The entire team went above and beyond to help me out with any and all requests and questions I had when purchasing my first home with them. They were always ready with answers and a friendly voice and easy explanations (because house buying and legal jargon is confusing) and I felt supported every step of the way. Because of covid and various other complications (from other parties) my purchase process was not a quick or easy ride, but everyone at Shared Ownership Shop did everything they could to help the process get over the line for me....even going way beyind their remit at times to help me out.
