This is my second experience of working with Rob at Margaret James. Rob is an amazing estate agent. He sold my home within weeks due to his clear guidance and pro active approach to selling. He efficiently secured a purchase and within months we had exchanged. Rob is always there at the end of the phone, he will chase solicitors and go that extra mile to ensure a sale and a purchase goes through smoothly. I would recommend Margaret James 100%. We were fortunate to have several gifted estate agents within our reach. We went with Margaret James based on the social media approach. The team went above and beyond with a prolonged, and at times, difficult chain. Rob's practical but always professional approach supported our wonderful buyer and he got our conveyancing across the line for our next adventure. A calm and friendly demeanour, even when taking an accidental call on holiday!!! Superb. Thank you.

Rob helped us secure our new home on Spring Lane in Olney, it was a long process but he kept pushing it for us and kept us updated throughout, there are lots of agents doing the job badly which we quickly came to realise but Rob definitely isn't one of them.

Rob is the best estate agent we have ever had dealings with. We bought a house marketed by Margaret James and it became a protracted purchase, with lots of difficulties and a few collapses in the chain. If you are looking to sell your property in Olney and the surrounding areas then look no further! Margaret James Estate Agents have been brilliant with our sale. Rob was super quick at getting our house on the market, just as quick to sell it (within 48hrs), we loved the video of the house and his use of social media marketing "sneak previews". His communication throughout has been excellent, always promptly responding to any queries that we had and helping us with updates along the way. Would definitely recommend!
