One of the worst agents in Luton , they do not acknowledge your presence when you go into their office and keep laughing and cracking jokes in another language , you don’t even get a chance of talking to them properly without getting interrupted mid way . They get extremely annoyed if asked any questions , as tenants we have a right to ask questions and know what we are getting ourselves into however instead of calmly answering our questions they and sigh and kiss their teeth in annoyance . Ultimately all they care about is money and won’t give you a refund if the landlord refuses to give you property, which I personally think is very unfair as the law clearly states that if the landlord refuses to give the property to the tenant the holding deposit must be refunded. Overall I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service and wouldn’t recommend anyone going there and experience what I went through ( at one point a staff started to raise her voice ) Cheers... Worst flats to live in. Has no proper response to people. Always rude towards people when talking. Always increase the rent when extending the contract. Even the rooms are not good. Get severely high bills even when unused. Even the rents are too high when compared to its flats. The price isn’t worthy to put in for these types of flats. Even the best flats are better equipped and have even lesser prices compared. The electric stoves are a serious bummers. Every-time when you try to cook the main turns off again you need for almost an hour or so. Sometimes it might take even 4-5hrs to prepare your food because of the cookers. There were days where the main tripping happened on Saturday and that’s when they’re on half day and till Monday you wont be able to cook because of this main tripping. Mainly the lady named Luria is very rude to people. Doesn’t respond properly at all. There were instances where they used to blackmail the students regarding the rent and they are least bothered about the moulds forming up on the walls of the flat. They used to ask us to keep the windows when the temperature was very cold outside around 3degrees which was a no brainer. Cuz if we were to open the windows in a low temperature dip what’s the use of turning on heaters? They always speak senseless. All their flats have bed bugs and are least bothered to treat them.... Worst /Rubbish and Ignorant Estate Agent ever,That’s 1 weeks no Electricity on cooker & water not coming, worst Estate Agent ever In UK . Every day I called they said we will send maintenance guy ,but they didn’t. It’s Robbery agent ,because they charging me Business/commercial energy for unit rate . Never get accommodations from “The Property Shop” bloody disgraceful... Read more

"This property shop doesn't even deserve the one star I am giving, sadly Google doesn't allow zero stars. Please do not waste your time going to this place. Here are the key points: They are least bothered by you; all they need is your money. Even when you are in the shop, they do not mind your presence or your time; all they do is laugh and crack jokes—perhaps about you in Polish. In the name of property they show, some of the worst places to stay in Luton, and demand the price of a luxury studio apartment. The studio room they offer does not have proper facilities. Once you get your room from them, that marks the beginning of your worst days. They do not acknowledge your maintenance issues and take months to fix even small things. The only thing they are good at is "giving excuses." They clearly do not have any rules or policies written down. When asked, they replied, "We do not have any policy." It's like operating a business without any return or refund policy. Once you give them a deposit to block a room, YOUR MONEY IS GONE for no good reason. Even if you have a genuine reason to opt out, they will not refund the blocked room fees. Once you fill out the form, your phone number and email address will be bombarded with tons of scam emails and calls. Who knows if they are selling your personal details for money? I strongly believe they would not hesitate to do that. In conclusion, please do not waste your time and valuable money on them. You can certainly find far better places to rent or buy within Luton at a more affordable price. Good luck in your search. Thank you."... Read more

UK government should take some action on this store... rude and using bad words on customers in front of others. Dont stay in this you will get best house with this half of price in LUTON....
