Avoid! To start with, they go and speak between them in Polish, very unprofessional.
-They have rubbish places.
-There is no emergency service, I got my bag stolen and I was not able to get into my apartment.
-I have no idea who used to live there but I had constant visits os people willing to by drugs.
- The smell of the building, eww.
- I paid everything, once I was ready to leave I received a call telling me that I hadn’t paid my rent, which was not true.
- The mail is sent there, I received a big box of food and I had to carry it on my own

Wish I could give zero stars the staff are extremely rude they have no consideration for there Tennants the only way they are getting tenants are Via the council they let themselves into my property when me and my partner was sleeping I was extremely ill and had my friend looking after me and she answered the door and was rudely spoken to by a employee and told ' you shouldn't be here your not the tenant you need to leave' they tried to tell me that I am in rent arrears when I'm clearly not as its paid by the council you get charged 115 month on Top or your rent for gas electric and water even though most of there properties DO NOT have central heating they also charge you for the lights that are in the corridors they make you collect your post and parcels from the property shop which is extremely a inconvenience due to having parcels delivered when they are closed the only good thing I have to say is they have one very nice employee who is very polite and tries to help you is called Kate there was one polish women who is very rude and told me I had to pay for a new fob even though the one they gave me a faulty fob and even though there is two people in the property they only gave us One fob so most of the time I had to stay in why my partner went out would not recommend this agency at all

Rude staff, horrible properties in disrepair. Anti social behaviour outside most of their properties. Your post will go to their office. Don't waste your time, it's not worth it.

Probably the worst and the most expensive estate agents in Luton. Stay well away. Most of their flats in town are rotten

Sent my employee to visit The Property shop for a B2B opportunity. She came back very upset as they were rude and dismissive, Tia is on training and has been taught that our service may not be accepted by all property agents but normally they are kind and honest about it. You were rude and arrogant and I for one am glad you are not interested in our service. We wish you all the best as judging by reviews you won’t last much longer for the same experience we have had. Poor customer service skills or lack of empathy to humanity. Good luck.
