Worst agency ever. I had vacant property earlier before finishing contract and I gave notice period 1 and half month before. That times agency told me to drop an email and will talk.to landlord stills I explained everything about property and maintenance issues and gave reason for vacant property because of serious maintenance issue like.main door lock not working, plasters was coming out, water drainage, even boiler was leaking. They didn't give attention and while gave notice period I drop an email even called to confirm about receiving that email they said yes after that they didn't guide me what to do or what they will do I was sending emails calls not answered after 3 months of vacantly property now they claimed 1500£ for empty vacant property and gave me excuse that they didn't find tenant so how long property was empty I have to pay for that. What an excuse and unprofessional agency.

The worst agency in Luton! If i could give 0 stars i would. They take money from tenants to do the refferences and if they fail they don't receive their money back. Also in the contract it says if the tenant change his mind he would lose the money..not if he fail on the refferences. Scamming people who really want to rent a property with a serious agency. Well Taylors u have 0 star from me. I will raise a complain against this scamming agency!

I have been associated with Taylors Sales and Letting agents Luton as a landlord since 2016 and the level of service over those years have been extremely high and even so more recently with utterly professional and efficient staff like Mihaela, Amy and Louise regarding lettings.
They are all on the ball and this breeds trust and confidence and i feel totally happy with the service they provide at this office and this really does take the stress out of tenants arriving and leaving my property. And a big thank you to Mihaela Alexa for her advice on the recent new 12 month Tenancy agreement she was involved with!!!

Tried to get a viewing booked for a property (Luton) and they said I have to go through their mortgage advisor first to get onto the the fast track service (even though I have my own mortgage broker). Apparently fast track people will be shown the property first followed by the standard public. What a discrimination...They have literally turned down a prospective buyer.

I am fuming. The worst state agency ever. I had been paying them their fees on time since I bought my property. But when the tenants left the property. They did not give them their deposit back. They just ate their deposit basically And I had to suffer as tenants did not give me half of my rent. Taylor’s refuse to help me in this mater. They deceived me and tenants both. They never answer my phone calls now. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM REGARDING ANY MATTERS. I AM PLANNING TO SUE THEM NOW FOR DECEIVING ME AND MY PREVIOUS TENANTS.( NOT GIVING THEM THEIR DEPOSIT BACK AND NOT HELPINGS ME TO GET MY RENT FROM TENANTS)

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because they only care if you have money and will not help you if they think you are lower class.. shocked to see how they speak to people. I have made a booking for a house in Bedford,Sunday 13th June at 14.15 We were there half hour before the appointment. We called the agent every 5 minutes but no answer. We had no emails either to say they wont be there or book the appointment for another day. We travelled altogether around 40 miles, We also took a day off from work for this appointment, I don't know the agent name but he just phoned my Wife spoke to us in a very unprofessional manner, and he was very aggressive. I explained at least you could have sent me a text to say the VIEWING IS CANCELLED, But hes answer was ( NOT MY FAULT ) hes keep calling us now and harassing me and my partner. I will be passing my complaint to the police.

As a first time buyer, I was unsure about the whole buying process of a house. But from the first meeting with Neil (@ Taylor's Luton) we felt very comfortable and confident.
Neil takes the full ownership of his work and has exceptional knowledge in his field and a excellent manager.

Stay clear as this is the worst company. our boiler broke down on 08/10/2020. Reported the problem to them on the same day in writing. Until today they have not fixed the problem. Their repair line (countrywide) person namely Laura, blatantly refuses to answer emails. Today on 21/10/2020 I have instructed solicitors to commence a civil claim against them and advised Countrywide accordingly. Only then they got back to me stating they are now willing to go ahead with repairs. still going ahead with the court action for compensation and obviously costs. Its freezing cold in the house with no heating and hot water and we have primary school going kids in the house but Taylors couldn't careless. they never asked us if we needed alternative source of heating e.t.c Absolutely poor and pathetic company.

Taylors are the worst sales agents I ever used. I was looking for a nice property in Luton and taylors showed me this place 10 min walk from station. I loved it and on the same day told them that I'm interested to buy and will give 100% of asking price. They said that can put it forward but the asking price is too small and I should give a bit more, so I raised my offer by £3,000, they agreed. In the middle of preparation for exchange of contracts, when solicitors almost done their work, Taylors told me that the seller wants more! In the next week I was forced to raise my price 3 times and over £10,000! What a nightmare. 1 day before banks valuation I had to cancel it due to incompetence of estate agents and a seller who failed to provide nesessary documents. I was then informed that Taylors had never had exclusive agreement on the sale of this house. No house at the end and wasted time of the whole team of mortgage brokers, solicitors and builders. My tip to you : Save your time and money, don't go with Taylors, they will disappoint you and quite frankly will not say anything (and lie) to get the commission.

Absolutely appalling as a LETTING AGENCY!!! DO NOT USE. Maintenance checks are not done , ( despite repeated requests, i have not received a house check report so can assume they don't bother doing them), they let paperwork lapse ie EPC plus tenancy agreements. Admin staff are worse than useless and please don't get me started on the manager and assistant manager!!!!. Although inept and unprofessional spring to mind. This an unscrupulous lettings agency and should be avoided at all cost. They have a terrible reputation with other letting agents in the area,( i know this as i have spoken with other agents) They should be closed down as they charge a fortune for management fees but do no work for it. Complaint has been raised with Countrywide. PLEASE DO NOT USE

Taylors is the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever worked with in my whole life! Totally unprofessional and cheats! I regret the day I signed up to use Taylors as my agent for my tenant! No replies, no call backs, do not deposit rent on time, do not chase the tenants, do not respond to emails and calls, do not address the complaints email, do not act on time, customer service does not exist in their dictionary and the list goes on and on! I had to do the work myself for which I paid them for! The amount of stress I had due to their unprofessionalism and carelessness is unbelievable and unmeasurable! Bunch of liars and cheaters in Luton Taylors agency. I can not believe such company is still operating and exist in the country like UK! They just rip off your money! So never ever even in my nightmares would recommend anyone to use Taylors! The worst decision of my life to choose Taylors! Really really really DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED by Taylors and the attitude of staff at Taylors (Luton).
I really hope and pray this company actually shuts down!! It is shame in the name of Property agents! Does not deserve any star at all!

Taylor's convinced me in to "quick sale" of my flat then 5 weeks later didn't even know that buyer withdraw from it.
I decided to let out my place instead but they were totally incapable!
What they did not manage in 5 months Haart achieved in less then 2 days...

We chose Taylors (Luton branch) after a very disappointing experience with another local estate agent 5 months wasted!
They have been friendly, professional and very helpful from the first valuation appointment, their knowledge and experience of the area and market have helped us achieve a very smooth sale. I made numerous calls to the office but every member of the team could help me. We were amazed at how may potential buyers they arranged viewings for in a difficult market, we received confimation of these by telephone or text and we always received feedback after the visit. The feedback helped us to understand the purchasers expectations and the competition in the area. They work hard to market your property and match potential purchasers. We have agreed a completion date in the next couple of days and we are delighted with the brilliant service we have received from the Luton branch, a great team!

DO NOT USE. They're customer service is non existent and they lie. If you do use make sure EVERYTHING is in writing or you record your phone calls with them.
They reduce the asking price without your permission claiming they have the right to do this. The staff think that going against the customers instructions is fine as long as Taylors think its the right thing to do.
Also been chasing them for 2 years for a service we paid for and didn't receive.
Update - Having raised a complaint, taylors admitted they should not have changed the price without asking us, but they still defended the actions of the staff member involved. I have raised it now to the ombudsman.

DO NOT use Taylors. One of their staff wanted to buy my house, they offered under the amount valued and when someone who saw my house advertised on the web and wanted to make an offer of the full asking price they were told the house was already sold! They were immensely unprofessional and did not even bother to respond to my complaint.

Dealing with the branch staff was a pleasure however whoever is responsible for management, repairs and deposit protection are compleatly useless. Lived in the property for 12 months with a hole in the wall, broken boiler for 3 months, broken window(out of alignment), 2 not working lights and various leaking cracks on the window sills and smudged walls without any repairs whatsoever. Joe Jennings who’s responsible for the repairs is impossible to get in contact with and if you do then congratulations for wasting your time. Nothing will get done. Ever. The most I’ve paid for agency fees in 8 years of renting. I feel cheated and abused by the promises of repairs and refurbishing that I’ve agreed on the signed contract. To top it off if you want your deposit back then you better chase it up yourself, 1,5 months after I moved out they got in contact with me after multiple emails. Utter joke and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am fuming. I moved out of a property in luton over 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for the return of my deposit. The man dealing with the money john jennings will not answer his phone or reply to the many voicemails i have left him. They say bax payment takes 5 to 7 working days to clear yet everywhere i have researched says it takes 3 days and on the 3rd day the money is in your acc.

Absolutely avoid this agents if you are a Landlord. They can not file paperwork, and loose it, then lie to you and pass you round to every other dept, have been waiting 2 months to get a crucial piece of paperwork to get a tenant evicted. Going to have to go to Ombudsman now.

These guys genuinely try their best for you. I would definitely recommend doing everything in house, we've gone with their in house mortgage adviser and it's made things so easy. Apart from filling in a few bits of paperwork, everything's been done by them or the solicitors so it's nice and easy.
Once they know what you like and don't they narrow down what they show you.
We haven't had any issues what so ever.
