Repeatedly unprofessional behaviour from the JustMove staff here. Very poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend going with them, since if they don’t want to deal with a customer they will just let the phone ring out. Bad at replying to emails. When I called to discuss withdrawing from an agreement the woman on the other end appeared to feel personally attacked by my decision and called me aggressive while demanding to know why I had made my decision. The one saving grace was Teejay who remained calm and friendly.... Read more

I placed a reservation fee for a 2 bedroom flat today stating a delayed move in date (a month) and 6 month tenancy contract. Without consulting with me about the wishes of the landlord or whether or not I could negotiate dates and terms, they refunded my fee on the same day and offered me a 1 bedroom flat that I could view. When I looked at their website it states that the flat is Let Agreed. Very poor customer service so I would steer clear of this agency both at a future tenant or landlord.... Read more

Pretty poor standard of service.
When it came to our viewing at the property the agent was 40 minutes late and hadn't given notice to the tenant of the visit.
Their staff will lie about fixing problems in the property and then claim ignorance regardless of email screenshots.
Their standard of service is not what you would expect and I wholly recommend you steer clear.... Read more

The customer service has been extremely poor from the staff at Edgbaston. Fundemental issues (blinds hanging on by a thread/ collapsing drawers) raised early August, were nearly in December now and still no outcome despite chasing up least 7/8 times via phone / email. Realised nothing will be happening hence the review. Letting agents aren't usually the best people on the planet when it comes to managing paying customers, but these guys take the biscuit.
