I’ve not worked directly with Bluegen but the director Shaun Collins ran a company Thamesmead Lettings and management ltd. that took rents from tenants and failed to pass them on to the landlords. I would not use any of his companies even if they paid the £4000 owed in collected rent.

They are the maintenance side of TM Estates, and are not to be trusted. Sean Collins has disappeared, along with loads of money from honest hard-working people, including me.
