I just moved into a property and I’ve had to move out almost immediately. I was assured by the agent that the property I reserved was in the same condition as the photos. I was unable to view in person as I work 12 hour shifts 6 days per week. Upon moving in it was clearly not the case. There was water pouring through the ceiling, directly onto my bed and into the kitchen which was completely inundated with water. The damage was so significant that the landlord agreed that all tenants can move out, but only in two months time and with no refund. It’s impossible to live in these conditions and the agent isn’t willing to listen to my case just a few days into a new tenancy, be careful when dealing with this business.... Read more

I have to say that the lettings, management and maintenance departments were always nice to me. I received the respect and the support i needed. My flat was nice and cosy. Some staff members were lovely, some were ok. The agency is flexible and patient , only ordinary bureaucracy no stress for the tenant . To improve: check in and check out departments However, they can be trusted I recommend them.... Read more

Hey Review readers, I arrived in the City of London to support the Front Line 20 months ago, supporting the financial sector as a senior building engineer helping the country to get back on track. During this period using hotels I come across Tony Alan estates and the Room finders Club. These guys saved me on my accomodation being a critical care engineer. Without the community and the Room finders club with Tony Alan Estates I wouldn't of stayed in the City being on a low budget wage. Thanks to Shaz and Amz. Mr M.... Read more
