I am absolutely pleased with Tony Alan Estates as a letting agency. It's my second time renting through a letting agency and they are so reasonable and a pleasure to deal with compared to my previous letting agency experience. They respond in a timely manner, they are fair and do a sound job. Our property manager Mudassir is so approachable, he just renegotiated our new contract ensuring that we can stay in our flat for another year. Mudassir is always just one text or one call away in case we have any issues and leaves us resting assured that he takes care of any issue.
