The initial meeting was very professional and we chose this above 2 others. The issues were: substantially overpricing, meaning we had to drop £70k to sell, very few views as a result in first 3 months, not being transparent about the eventual buyers position ie saying they were without a chain and had sold when in fact they had first time buyers who had not got a mortgage agreed, but we agreed a lower price on that. We did have other interested parties at that time who we would have waited for. Telling us we would get the cost of the EPC back and it never happened despite our chasing. I had to chase for progress reports. They were more interested in keeping the buyer happy than us and we paid their fee. Unimpressed!... Read more
