I recently used Arnolds Keys to sell my house in Aylsham. From the moment I walked into their office – which is in the best possible place, right on the square in Aylsham town centre – I found all the staff professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I was impressed that the they listened to my requirements and wishes rather than giving me a sales pitch about how good they were and what I needed to do. Natasha clearly has extensive experience in Estate Agency and had a very practical approach. Kate did a great job of preparing the sales brochure including very good photos and even a 3D tour. Another thing I particularly liked was that Arnolds Keys took time to actually identify potential purchasers that were genuinely interested in the property and, importantly, were actually in a position to buy it, before arranging viewings. This avoided a lot of time wasting. Another point I liked was that the staff worked as a team, including Josh who always was happy to help if Natasha or Kate were not immediately available. It took a little over a month to find a buyer which I felt was good going at a time when the market was quite sluggish. When things got a little bogged down in the lead up to exchange of contracts Fleur (who handles sales progression most diligently) kept in touch with the buyers and both solicitors to get things moving again, so from start to finish I felt that Arnolds Keys did everything that a professional estate agency should do. If you are selling a house in Aylsham or the surrounding, area I would certainly recommend using them.... Read more
