We split our time between Scotland and Texas. When my niece (who was living in the house) emigrated to Oz, we were concerned about our house - maintenance, leaks, weeds in the yard, burst pipes, tornados ( well maybe not tornados), more leaks - and looked for a professional management company to look after the house. We had friends offer, but I decided to have professionals who know buildings, know problems to look for and what is urgent or not. I found Trinity. I am so glad I did. Trinity have been great from the start. They advised us on what we needed to do in case we decided to rent (which we do not plan). They found contractors to upgrade our safety features. We needed new gutters - done! and at a really reasonable cost and very quickly as it was urgent to stop leaks (those dreaded leaks!). I have a list of things that need done in the house - new doors, new back porch, on and on - and Trinity have been awesome advising me and arranging the work. I highly recommend Trinity. PJ, our main contact, knows my house as well as I do. I am totally confident my house is safe and engaging them was the best move I could have made.... Read more
