I had a problem and Welcome Homes solved it. I am based in London but urgently needed to sell my relatives home in Stevenston to help pay for care fees. The property was in a very poor state of repairs. Linda and her team advised on pricing to sell the property as it was or if it was refurbished. This advice was central to my decision to sell the flat un-refurbished. Linda organised all pre-sale documentation and photography. The flat was then placed to market on their website and within 5 days we received offers of the asking price. Linda helped negotiate an increase and then supported the sale all the way through to completion using a local lawyer. We obtained a price above the top end of our expectations. After the completion they followed through completing all the odds and ends such as meter readings and keys handover. Their package pricing for the sale was very reasonable as were those of the lawyer they recommended. I would throughly recommend Linda and her team for sales in this area of Glasgow. Ivor Taylor... Welcome Homes Ayrshire are THE best estate agents in the UK. My husband and I have moved a number of times and experienced some great support in the past, however, the support from Laura & her team have been outstanding. I had followed the team on Facebook for a few months as I had seen some of their properties shared on FB. We decided to get a valuation for our home and Laura was phenomenal, she was so professional yet approachable and made us feel so looked after. She gave us some great feedback on the house, left us with a quote and valuation so we were in control, even though we knew immediately we wanted her to sell our home. She took stunning photos and the online advertising was outstanding. We were kept up to date through the process by Laura and Linda, who are both so friendly. Would highly recommend Welcome homes if you're going to sell your home. Laura was highly profesional from the initial call and the girls in the office kept you updated with viewings etc and were great with any questions I had after the house went live. One major selling point for Welcome homes is they only send viewers who have mortgages in place or sold their previous home which cuts out the time wasters. My house went live on the Friday and was sold by the following Wednesday and I believe it was the caliber of viewers they were sending that sold the property quickly.
