I had a problem and Welcome Homes solved it. I am based in London but urgently needed to sell my relatives home in Stevenston to help pay for care fees. The property was in a very poor state of repairs. Linda and her team advised on pricing to sell the property as it was or if it was refurbished. This advice was central to my decision to sell the flat un-refurbished. Linda organised all pre-sale documentation and photography. The flat was then placed to market on their website and within 5 days we received offers of the asking price. Linda helped negotiate an increase and then supported the sale all the way through to completion using a local lawyer. We obtained a price above the top end of our expectations. After the completion they followed through completing all the odds and ends such as meter readings and keys handover. Their package pricing for the sale was very reasonable as were those of the lawyer they recommended. I would throughly recommend Linda and her team for sales in this area of Glasgow. Ivor Taylor...
