The worst agency to deal with as a tenant. Try to avoid this agency at all costs. Probably one of the worst estate agents in the UK. They just take advantage of students especially foreign ones without any support in return. I have been trying to claim my deposit for more than one month but still haven't been able to get any response. During my one-year stay in one of their properties i had to deal with all sorts of issues from broken balcony door since the very beggining of the tenacy to rats inside the flat which took the agent nearly 2 months to act. In addition, i had issues with the water pipes and the whole bathroom flooded whick took the them nearly half the time of my tenacy to come and fix it.... Read more
