I am writing this review from another Estate Agent company, as I could not let such good deed by Henry Wiltshire go unrecognised. Simon from Henry Wiltshire Manchester helped me greatly with one of our clients today. It is not often you come across other Estate Agents who are so genuinely willing to help, especially when its someone elses client and sale and it is no benefit to them. Rarely have I had the pleasure of dealing with such an efficient company in ANY walk of life and the credit has to go not only to the company but also the people within the company and Simon Fish the manager in particular. Simons predecessor Mark suggested marketing our property a little below what we were expecting to achieve with “ offers above”. Within the first week we had multiple viewings which then led to an offer price we were hoping to achieve. Here I need to point out, other agents had had on sale for over 12 months at the achieved price, with no offers whatsoever . That sale did not go through, so Simon was left with starting again, Once again within a couple of weeks we had a sale. The sale itself did take a long time to complete due to circumstances outside of Henry Wiltshires control, but Simon kept us informed all the way, responded to emails normally within minutes. The phone is nearly always answered, yes this is important! How many times do you just go to voicemail on estate agents phones, hoping someone will respond when wanting to purchase a property in the many thousands of pounds. My final bit of advice to anyone wanting to buy/sell/rent a property in Manchester area is give Simon at Henry Witshires a call.... Read more

I recently sold my property with Henry Wiltshire. Simon Fish managed my sale and the service I received was second-to-none! He really went above-and-beyond: at times it seemed as though the sale might fall through due to issues with the buyer and solicitors, and without his efforts I am sure it could well have done (or at least taken much longer). I would also say that I went with Henry Wiltshire because they really put in the effort to get me as a client, whereas other local estate agents didn't. When asking for a valuation they put the work in and showed me their market research, whereas others just threw out a number. HW's valuation was lower than some but this ended up being MUCH more realistic! If I had gone with higher valuations I would still be sitting on an unsold property and in a very difficult financial situation. I needed to sell, and HW worked with me to get a good price that was realistic, not an inflated price that would have left me with no viewings in what is proving to be a very difficult market. If you're looking to sell in the area they have my unqualified recommendation. Simon is a top-tier agent and will work with his clients to get the result they need!... Read more
