Not just a bungalow they give me & my wife a home 1999 my wife fell over and broke her ankle three plates and six pins the pain she went through people make a claim why & I fell up steps in Dec 15th 2023 why didn't I make a claim why not the council fault I have two left feet the worst thing was I can't drive my car so I scrap my with 11.mths m.o.t on it I know the pain in my left knee was so painful so now I have a mobility car to drive now people keep saying to make a claim money no good for me tworivers housing give me the best ever a home we love it ????... Whilst there have been times Two Rivers haven't met expectations, on each occasion they have been open about it and committed to putting things right. They are an organisation who you can work with. They are supportive, open and transparent, committed to continuous improvement and very much Tenant focused. There will always be problems, thats Housing and that's life- but I would choose an organisation with the right ethos, such as Two Rivers, over implied perfection any day. A company that has fallen so far from what they started off as. Left without heating and hot water for 3 days (so far), no communication, potentially will be 5 or more days as it's the weekend and they have told us nothing. Tenants with health issues the get worse with cold abandoned. Appalling company, poor service, quick enough to send passive aggressive letters though! Avoid!... Read more

Lied to me about there being no abestos in my property so I signed the tenancy, when I finally got the survey results, it's in every ceiling. I could've hung something up in my child's room!!!!! Shocking and disgusting, strongly advise you all ask for a copy of your survey results! As clearly two rivers don't put you or your health first!... Read more
