We dealt mainly with Sam & Nick and cant thank them enough for the help and guidance they offered during the whole process of us moving house.
They were truly outstanding & they really eased what could have been a potentially stressful situation by working with honesty, professionalism, efficiency & politeness.
Although John Goodwin were acting on behalf of the vendors nothing was too much trouble when we had query or needed clarification on something.
Emails & phone calls were always responded too quickly & at times Sam went above and beyond when the solicitors were dragging their heels and needed “nudging”. We cant thank the JG team enough for everything they did & wish you all the very best for the future,

I live miles away and they were so helpful when dealing with the property, I really felt that nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always so good when I rang them.

The process was not smooth (through no fault of John Goodwins) but throughout the ordeal Nick was positive, upbeat, funny and kind. His communication was excellent and human.
