We have had a faultless sale of our house wih Grant & Co. From the first meeting I felt confident that we would be treated as individuals and not part of a 'production line' system. Tom is reassuringly expert in all areas and was most helpful where I was inexperienced. In terms of viewings, I was never expected to do any (phew!) and Tom so brilliantly handled the market where it was, securing us a fast and more than satisfactory offer. Grant & Co continued to support our sale and we were able to exchange a little over 2 months after accepting an offer. We are so grateful to Tom, Richard and the team. They really are worth the little bit extra they charge in commission as you are in safe hands with the best chance of selling at the best price.

Tom Grant was kind enough to give us a valuation and house dressing advice a couple of years before we anticipated downsizing in the hope that we would use Grant and Co when the time came.
Consequently we did use them and again Tom gave excellent professional advice, found us several ready to go purchasers and negotiated a good price.
The sale was completed in 5 weeks!
So yes we would recommend them, not perhaps the least expensive out there but their attention and professionalism paid dividends in the end.

Out of all the Estate Agents I used over the years, Grant & Co, hands down are the most professional, integral and courteous Agents I have come across, even given the dreadful SDLT saga of 2021… The delivery of service is second to none and you are kept well informed throughout the whole transaction.
