Tom Grant was kind enough to give us a valuation and house dressing advice a couple of years before we anticipated downsizing in the hope that we would use Grant and Co when the time came. Consequently we did use them and again Tom gave excellent professional advice, found us several ready to go purchasers and negotiated a good price. The sale was completed in 5 weeks!
