The photos of our house were exceptional and the photographer did a drone photo of our property and garden which we have kept. Would highly recommend this team in Ross-On-Wye branch. Great teamwork, consistent communication and support thank you.

Polite, helpful, extremely professional and, above all, excellent at communication. An excellent service and when the usual problems with the sale process arose, the sheer wealth of experience that was brought to bear to resolve the issues, was remarkable.

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.
