My experience with UPP, as a buyer, was first-rate. Janet and the team were helpful at every turn, communicating promptly and enabling us to move quickly with the purchase. Definitely felt that, despite obviously acting on behalf of the vendor (their client at the end of the day), they also had our best interest at heart. :)

Totally abysmal service they provide, they do not communicate with one another in the office at all, totally unprofessional. They left me without water for 4 days due to the plumber they sent out, they also failed to inform me of my final inspection meeting after I had asked to move it forward, they did it without me and had no idea I wasn’t invited. I would strongly recommend anyone to not use them, I put in formal complaints and never even got so much as a response back. Avoid at all costs, they do not care about their clients at all.

Awful customer service. We were due to move in to a rented flat and the week before we didn't have the contract. When we queried some of their terms and conditions such as the mandatory tenant liability insurance (neither of us had come across this before and so were unsure of what it was) they passed this back to the landlord who then pulled out of our agreement. We didn't get any explanation for why he pulled out, it was simply because we had queries. All this the week before we were due to move so we are currently left without a property as of next week as we have handed our notice in for our current flat in anticipation of moving in.

Horrendous customer service!! I would strongly advise To never ever use upp property for renting/buying. Terrible people, terrible business and an extremely poor attitude as a whole. Please consider using any other company. I would not want anyone else to have to deal with this company!!

I cannot rate UPP highly enough! They sold my property within two weeks, after hardly a viewing in 4 months with my previous estate agent. When my plans changed, they worked hard to set up a property rental to enable me to move in quickly. They are professional and friendly, special thanks to Janet and Mel for all your help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend UPP to anyone looking to sell, buy or rent.

I cannot recommended UPP enough. We purchased our home through UPP last year and Adie was like a breath of fresh air during a very complex and difficult sale. With incompetent solicitors and estate agents elsewhere in the chain Adie kept us sane and kept the transaction moving. We trusted him entirely and he always got in touch when he said he would, promptly returning calls or messages. He's a true professional that takes pride in his work and is committed to doing a great job. This really shines through and I have recommended him to many people; my brother also purchased a house through him and had an equally positive experience. Due to job moves my husband and I are relocating shortly and Adie is our obvious choice to sell our house through - we have not hesitated in making contact with him. A straight forward, reliable, and genuine service which is rare to find these days. Thanks UPP.

I have successfully used UPP as a Landlord and subsequently for selling my property. All staff were highly knowledgeable, focused, savvy, and very
professional. They operate as a team which is good. I had previous dealings with an Oakham Agent which was not good. Like chalk and cheese, cannot recommend UPP more highly.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Visited the Oakham branch and was ignored for a good 5 mins before I was acknowledged .
2 women were chatting about non work related issues and not once turned to greet me. Had to wait for a younger girl to get off the phone before I was spoken to. If this is how they treat all potential buyers then goodness knows how they make the sale.
Good job for Gilbert Thomas down the road who were excellent.
Maybe you should visit them for some hints and tips on customer service.

I can honestly say that David Crooke and his team at Upp Property have been nothing but first rate in their service to me. In a highly competitive environment, it has been a pleasure to hear good quality honest advice both in term of purchasing property but also when renting property out. I am surprised to see the comments from another reviewer here as my experience from the Upp team has been exceptional. From ensuring that i am aware of developments to a rental property's requirements, the start up and launch phase to the conclusion of a rental contract, i have been delighted with David.

UPP Estate Agents have taken all the strain of letting our house in Stamford. Professional and realistic from the first meeting, David and his team run a first rate show. They found 3 tenants for us in the first week and then gave sensible advice which to choose. Some small issues with the property were dealt with very efficiently and despite never having met the tenants (as we live aborad), we have been assured by neighbours that they have settled in well and have found UPP to give an excellent service.

I have used the services of David Crooke and Upp for over 10 years now for placing tenants in my expanding buy to let portfolio. They have always been efficient and organised with advise from purchasing new properties, rental prices and even tax advise! So for me as a Landlord, a really good all round package. My most delighted experience with them was when I had a tenant move out and Upp found a tenant straight away with the property empty for only 3 days! I would highly recommend them.
