I cannot praise this company enough, their on-gong customer service was second to none. I was kept informed every step of the way through a difficult transaction and nothing was too much trouble for them and even after completion they have kept in touch to make sure I am managing during the Coronavirus situation being as they know I am a stranger to the area. Unlike the other reviews, sadly ours was not an enjoyable experience. The couple that purchased our property were also on the market with Sowden Wallis. Because of this we felt that there was a problem with conflicting loyalties and their ability to inform us of important information in the early stages of the sale, which may have changed the outcome. Therefore, I would not recommend or use them in the future.... Read more
