5 star service. My wife and I decided to list our property with Eastaway property late in 2023 after we became disillusioned with the level of service offered by another Stamford based agent. We were blown away by James and Kimbly’s proactive approach to listing our property and engaging with the market. We’ve had serious and genuine interest in our house, despite the market being so suppressed. This is a testimony to their knowledge of the market and buyers in Stamford. Throughout our listing, we’ve been provided with honest, genuine advice and we haven’t been pumped traditional bluster which is commonplace with other agents. The team have given us a monthly marketing summary which gives us insights but also advises us on what more we could do to attract a sale. Eastaway property clearly aren’t a traditional 9-5 agent. They’ve been willing to attend viewings on an evening, weekends, short notice etc. They’ve always been at the end of the phone when we have needed them, day or night. At a time when every sale is hard work, this kind of attitude goes along way and gave us the confidence that they were working tirelessly to sell our house.
