Moved in in October 18th 2021, we are January 26th and the default heating system is still down. I still have no heating in my place. No follow-up, unprofessinal and rude responses when asking for repairs to be taken care of. False apologies and no real solution provided, and I am paying extra electricity as I finalllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyy sent out portable heaters after screaming that the weather was going to -4 degrees. To anyone looking at listing with the Vesper Group. I am a potential buyer and trying to arrange a viewing for one of their listings for the past 4 weeks. I have been unable to get through to their sales team and have been promised multiple call backs. Nothing happened. So think again when listing, because the customer service is nor responsive and not professional. I would list my property with a different agent.... Read more

I had a very good experience with Vesper. The whole process, from apartment purchase, preparation for my arrival, along with BNO visa-related matters, were all handled very well by Selene. She is efficient and responsive, and is always willing to provide suggestions that are tailored to my specific situation or needs. On my arrival, her Manchester colleague, Chris, was also very helpful with his local knowledge and experience, which helped with my adjustment to a mew environment. I have rent a flat in London through Vesper Group. From selecting the house to signing the contract only experienced a few days, their efficiency is very high. Since I'm not in UK, I cannot view the flat in person, I'm pertubed at first. But Robyn help me solve everything. Great experience, my associate gave me the information i need very efficiently. Even after signing the contract, all helps are offered really quick just one small thing about moving in, my details are not fully delivered to the concierge, so it took a bit longer than expected to move in. I have rented a flat in London through the Vesper Group. Not being able to view the flat in person as I moved from abroad, I was a bit nervous at first. Chantelle and Robyn both went above and beyond in ensuring that the flat would be a good fit for me and my partner. Even after moving in they continue to deliver the same level of professionalism and fast responses to any query I have. I cannot recommend Chantelle, Robyn and the Vesper group enough. Worst agency I have ever seen or experienced. Extremely unprofessional. I highly recommend you find another agency that will not scam you. We moved to a property with faulty working boiler! They purposefully sent us a 3 years old gas certificate and hid the most recent one which showed the error in the boiler, just two weeks before we moved in. Then they attempt to illegally terminate our contract on a Saturday night asking us to leave by Monday morning, without the legal minimum notice. On the 2nd day of moving in during a pandemic. They also refused to find us another place or take responsibility for their mistakes. Reply to the agency's comment: - That's a lie, we had to request that certificate 3 times until you sent it to us. It also showed the error in the boiler 2 weeks before we moved into the property - Do you mean the £50 that you only offered us last week, 10 months after the incident? do you think that's appropriate response to us spending 10 days without any hot water and you attempting to illegally evict us? - You also refused to follow what the contract says and sent your lawyer to harass us. - That's not true, you told us that the boiler will take a month to be fixed, even though 2 different engineers that you hired said it can be fixed in 2 days.... Probably the best estate agents I have had! Moved into Local Blackfriars Apartments, Manchester during the pandemic which meant we couldn't view the property in person.
