What can we say about Rhys ? Well you won’t find a better estate agent !
He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead.
From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook.
On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,.
When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed.
At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through.
We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us.
He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family.

Ryan booth has been an absolute life saver by securing me a last minute deal before launch with the new up coming project and developments on Al Marjan island having only limited units left. He went above and beyond and struck me a great deal last minute directly with the developers and was so keen to get me exactly what I asked for. His excellent communication skills and commitment payed off and I walked a way a happy investor. I had to write this review as I am very pleased with Ryan’s expertise, I’ve wanted to invest for a while and wasn’t really sure how the process worked in Dubai as I’m a UK investor. He step by step guided me on the process and went above and beyond to find me the best development which suited my needs.
