What an amazing experience we had entrusting Kyra and Ryan Booth to sell our house. He was very quick to respond and helpful.
I sent him a a happy new year message, which turned into a conversation which led to a meeting at the sales showroom.
When I saw the apartments I fell in love instantly, so much so I ended up buying one.
This was only meant to have been a holiday.
Matt made sure I got the best
available apartment with the best views.
Matt was very knowledgeable and has answers for all my queries which put my mind at rest.
We have become good friends, he is easy going, friendly and an honest guy.

Absolutely smooth recruitment process! Danielle was thorough and knowledgeable at every turn. I had a few questions and she took the time to go over and above to find the right answer from the relevant department. It is absolutely refreshing to meet a recruiter that genuinely wants to get to know you to see if you are a fit for the company and vice versa!
This role is not for the faint hearted but if you have the grit and determination, I am convinced you will go far! About time a serious player opened up the doors for money to be made based on merit!
I cannot commend Danielle enough for her personable approach and “I give a lot of damns” attitude.
Ultimately, your success will depend on how far you are willing to go and how hard you want to work but this firm is a visionary and will be around for a long time as they treat people like individuals and you don’t feel as though you are party of a conveyor belt process. James did an excellent job preparing for, listing and selling the property, from day one to the day of the completion, and also went the extra mile when needed. His marketing methods were superior to another agency that we approached. It wasn't even close. James used modern 2024 marketing and communication techniques while the other agency felt like it was stuck at selling methods from 2010. One can't tell for certain but I think that there may had been a lesser outcome if we had gone with the other agency. The marketing and the negotiations were effective.

We worked with Brett at Tyron Ash for the purchase of our first home. It’s said that buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, however Brett made the process as simple and pain free as possible. He was easy to communicate with, played no games with us in the offer stage, and ensured that we felt comfortable and looked after for the entire process.
We never went more than a few days without hearing from him, and around exchange and completion, made himself available at all times to liaise back and forth between parties.
Not only that, but a genuinely nice guy who we couldn’t recommend more highly, or for guiding us through the purchase of our new home. Without a doubt one of the best and most tenacious estate agents we’ve come across.
