All the staff (with a special shout out to Chiara and Maggie) at Prime Portfolio are incredibly helpful and professional. They definitely spend the time to get to know the customers and are so much nicer to deal with than the large national and international property chain groups. I have been a tenant and also bought a flat through PP over the last 15+ years and can't recommend them enough.

It was a pleasure working with Maggie. She showed us 5 flats in about 1 hour all of which fitted our requirements (quite odd based on previous experience). Once we decided on a flat, the communication through her to the landlord was very easy and efficient. Really good experience!

I'm with Prime Portfolio for almost one year and I'm very happy with the service. They are very fast in responding to any queries which makes you feel that you are looked after well at all the time. Renting process was so easy and hassle-free I got all help I could think of. All employees at pp are very polite, professional and again super helpful. I highly recommend renting or buying with Prime Portfolio.

As an expat, many thanks to Prime Portfolio, for making my apartment searching journey so pleasant. Though there are properties that offered better rent, the very warm, speedy, and extremely professional assistance from Maggie, Clare, and Kristina, made me choose this team over other estate agents. Prime Portfolio manages the flat we rent, on behalf of our landlord. Every time I've had a question, needed a repair, etc., the team has been continuously quick to respond and help, and with a good attitude. They are easily the best property managers I've had in all my years of London rentals.

We enjoyed our stay under their cares, and quality service does not have any disappointment with them. Highly recommend if you need a hassle-free and peace in mind in both renting a buying in central London.
