Claire has been my main contact at Victory Pier for almost two years now. Her seemingly endless energy is a joy to behold. She is clearly very passionate about the Victory Pier development and rightly so; it is a great development and Berkeley Homes should be very proud of what they have achieved there. Claire is an absolute star.... Read more

My investment company was introduced to Victory Pier to source investment properties for our clients based in Asia, we were impressed with the marketing suite and very impressed with Claire, she went out of her way to arrange access to some of the apartments that we wanted to see and was extremely knowlegable and enthusiastic in both the product and supporting services, including introductions to the mortgage team and recommended solicitors, furniture packs and rental agents. She made sure that we left fully informed.... Read more

Our company has been asked to install window blinds and curtains in a few apartments on this development and working with the team in Sales and Marketing suite has been very easy and professional for us. Claire in particular has made our job very easy and her rapport with the property owners goes far beyond just the sale of the property. She is genuinely interested in getting the new owners settled in as quickly as possible, as proved by helping contractors like us can only aid the smooth process of moving house.... Read more

was moving out the 24th march 2018. i had displayed a valid zone d victory pier visitor parking voucher in the hired van and as it was too tall to enter into zone d i parked just out side the under ground shutter. at 10.52 i came to the van with a trolley load of stuff and was welcomed by a TICKET how can i have parked any where else when the van is too tall.... im glad to have moved out of there as the apartments are becoming fuller and people are parking over the lines in the spaces. making parking difficult at times. they dont seem to be issued with a ticket.... No where to park - militant parking wardens .... £100 parking fine each time you park outside your own flat!!!
Currently renting here thankfully. We initially planned to buy, but seeing as we can't park we certainly won't be making an offer!
Sadly both myself and my wife HAVE to have cars to get to work - we'd love to be able to share a car (save the environment and all!), but unfortunately in order to work we need a second car so we can both get to work - we work late shifts and antisocial hours and late at night buses aren't efficient enough. Door to door the train is 25 mins walk so not ideal.
When we were enquiring we were told "You only get one allocated space, but there are loads of places to park nearby"... and that is simply not true. There is never any space to park nearby, and they couldn't be bothered to build enough parking spaces for all the residents. And its only going to get worse as they are removing one of the carparks!!! Have to try and park late at night but the car parking wardens are militant and are out and about at 7am, and even weekends. 2 parking tickets already this month - £100 a go - not cheap!!! They tell us there is no option to buy a second permit.... Simply out of options.
This is an isolated tower block, 25 mins walk from a station with poor public transport links, and no where nearby to park if you have to drive a second car for work.... BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY, and definitely don't do it if you are a group of 2 friends buying who both plan to drive!!!!!... Read more
