I viewed a property they were offering and made an offer to the landlords. Once the offer was accepted, these agents worked tirelessly to make the process ran smoothly. I and my partner are happy.. They were readily available to answer our questions. It is an amazingly smooth experience and I would recommend Robinson & Jackson for all your property sales/lettings needs!

3rd Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I'm a first time home byer and I was finding it hard to find a good mortgage adviser. I was then recommended Audrey at MMS from my cousin who is with them. I spoke to Audrey and she went through all the details and got me a mortgage in principle. Audrey also kept me up to date with better deals as they were coming out to get the best rates. Audrey and her team helped me from start to finish and I felt more relaxed. I would like to say a big thanks to Audrey and her team for everything they have done and I will defiantly keep using them as there service is fantastic. 100%?????
19th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have been renting a property with this estate agency since September 2023 and have had the worst experience. From the day we moved in we identified several severe maintenance issues with our property which we informed Bessie (our property manager) of immediately. Initially it took us weeks to hear back as I emailed several times and called the office and was told i would be contacted back and never was. This has been on going for almost 7 months now of our 11 month contract. The quality of service is very poor and essentially unacceptable. I had filed a formal complaint which was not escalated and asked to speak to a manager several times and no one has contacted me. No exaggeration this has been the worst customer service experience I have faced.

The team were always approachable, took time to answer questions clearly and kept me up to date with the sale of the property. As and when any queries arose along the chain they were quick to think of solutions and continue the sale.

The Bluebell Estate team showed their amazing true colours from the 1st phone call I made to them to enquire about a property. Throughout my 2.5 years tenancy I have found the whole team to be very professional but more importantly to me they have all been genuine, honest & lovely people. I recommend Bluebell Estates 100 percent.

At every step of the process there was excellent communication and we were constantly kept up to date with any progress. The whole team went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. In particular Lorraine and Claire were so brilliant; from arranging viewings, answering any questions, and even helping to contact solicitors for updates for us. Dan himself was extremely professional, honest, and attentive throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Their questionable practices have made the situation incredibly challenging, potentially necessitating legal intervention, which only exacerbates the issue. While it's true that sellers have the autonomy to choose their solicitors, it's reasonable to expect processes in place to ensure they select reputable ones, especially considering the control exerted over buyers to prevent withdrawal before the exchange. On a positive note, Nick/Jamie provided exceptional support and assistance throughout the entire process, even extending his help beyond completion. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others and would certainly engage with them again in the future, terms and conditions apply*.
