Although in the beginning our situation was a bit of a mess and it was hard to get everything managed and fixed, I have to say that, once the Property Manager (Elizabeth) came to our flat and saw that we were having big issues, everything became really fluent with them. They are always available to solve our issues and deal with any kind of problem. They maintain a good communication bridge between us and our landlord. They notify inspections with enough time. I really think they are taking good care of us. It'd be hard for me changing of Estate Agents because I would hardly find something as good as it is now with Century, and I hope it'll keep this way.

Avoid if at all possible. I take no issue with my landlord, but he says they take their cut of the rent and do nothing in return.
From a renter's perspective, their customer service is dire:
They do not fully explain the terms and conditions pertaining to the properties they rent out.
They make promises they have no intention of keeping in order to get you to rent through them.
They demand an extra £120 a year to renew rental contracts, but do not bother to alter any of the details where incorrect.
They carry out inspections on a quarterly basis - great, except they don't know what they are doing, and they don't bother to consult with tenants, simply send out a letter telling you they will visit one week day of their choosing, and if you are out at whichever random time they turn up they will charge you £50 for *their* wasted time.
This company are a model of how not to run a business. I will certainly not be renting through them in future, and I warn others to steer clear of them, too.
Sold my house through this branch. Had amazing service from the team in there. As this was the first time I'd sold my house, I was always calling with questions. They were always very friendly, helpful and patient. They got me way over the asking price and the sale process was very quick. Thankyou your move!! Definitely deserve 5 stars!!!! ?????????
Do not bother buying /selling with Gillingham Your move ,we went to view a property today which was suppose to be an open day, my husband knocked on the door to the vendor, and was told the house had been sold a week ago . This was very embarrassing, not just to us but also the vendor as well, we was then told the open day was last Saturday . The annoying thing is we rang in the week to confirm the appointment and all was fine to go a head with the appointment and to further disappointment my husband had taken a day off work which Has resulted in a days wage LOSTED!! The staff were not very helpful and were not very apologetic..
So I do not recommended selling / buying with Your Move Gillingham with there lack of communication skills and lack of empathy. I would recommend WARDS !!!
I can only give 5 stars but would give more if I could, I have just had a mortgage arranged by Pam Freeman. She made a very stressful situation for me so easy.
I would recommend using Pam to anyone who needed help arranging a mortgage, she gave me friendly and helpful advice which has helped me achieve my goals. Thanks
Hideous company! I wouldn't bother viewing houses with them unless you plan to get your mortgage with them as well. Your offer could be the highest offer but might not be accepted if someone with a lower offer is getting their mortgage through them....I get the feeling any offers you put forward wont be passed to the seller unless you have a meeting with their financial adviser. They obviously push to sell their houses along with other services to make the most they can, putting themsleves before the seller & buyer.
Very friendly and professional! Kayleigh is absolutely amazing, she took the time to listen to our feedback from a viewing and phoned us with the perfect house that meets all of our requirements. Whole process was very smooth and quick in comparison to other estate agents I have dealt with in the past. Definitely worth using Connells!
A few times in wanting to view a property advertised with them they fobbed me off. Then having spoken to 3 advisors and logged my information with them. I still manage to get pointless phone calls from them asking what type of property I'm interested in. I hope they aren't like this with everyone.
From the outset, Jacksons impressed. We needed a truly professional, all-round service from our agent as this was a probate sale of a much loved family home. Jacksons provided this and more. From my initial meeting with Jacqui, I felt certain that we were in good hands. A later meeting with David further cemented this impression. While our journey had our ups and downs, I feel that at all times we were supported and reassured by the team at Jacksons, and were delighted to complete the sale at full asking price despite being in lockdown. I have no hesitation in recommending Jacksons. If you are looking for truly personalised and experienced service from your estate agent, you will not be disappointed.
I wish there was an option to give zero stars.... if you want to deal with a company that has no customer service skills then Jacksons are the organisation for you!!
