Maxine has been so kind, understanding and helpful throughout the whole process, and all of the staff have been really friendly and welcoming too. They’ve always been quick to answer any questions and made everything feel much less stressful. I really appreciate all of the support and would definitely recommend them. Thankyou so much for my welcome pack, the snacks kept me going whilst we moved in.

Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc

She is very friendly and has gone above and beyond to ensure that the process of moving home has been as easy as possible and has been available throughout the whole process to help with any queries, providing a very efficient service. Highly recommended and I cannot thank you enough.

Having just gone through a tortuous selling process, I am full of admiration and gratitude to the amazing staff I dealt with. Gary, Kim, Nancy, and especially Hannah Forrest who was just so supportive and proactive throughout, dealing with all my frustration and pain. Fantastic service and would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone looking to sell their property. They are a credit to their profession.

From the very beginning, they were professional and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Selling and moving can be stressful, but the team made everything feel much more manageable. They kept us informed at every stage, provided honest advice, and were always available to answer our questions. Their communication was excellent, and we felt they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. Thank you for helping us with our move, would highly recommend!

12th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I first used Jacksons in 2022. They marketed the property well and arranged and conducted the viewings for me. They provided prompt feedback from the viewings and offered advice as to the best way to proceed. They were very easy to contact and always got back to me when I left a message. This year (2026) I used Jacksons again recently for the sale of my late father's home. Once again they were excellent at marketing the property, arranging viewings and providing feedback and were easy to get in touch with. The sale completed from start to finish in just over three months. 13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Value of property from P property was recommended 270 which I felt was low. Decided to sell @ 280 as thought property was worth that. Luckily that’s the price I was offered. Abbie very good at her job on attending viewing. How ever very disappointed on communication & advertising Didn’t feel enough was done to promote the property felt that it had gone stagnant. Only one viewing at first back in September & second not until this Saturday 11th January. no phone call in between to reassure me that I could possible sell my house

The team are very reactive and quick to call back/chase things. I had a few things that needed sorting after moving in and they had contractors in the same/next day.

I could not have asked for a better service from the whole team. This is a team that really cares about their customers and they are so friendly and welcoming from the moment you step through their door. We out of all the agents in the area we randomly picked them. They sold our house in 2 weeks. What more can I add Joe Carey is a very confident man and knows his stuff . I /we are just lost for words.
6th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)We have been on the market since last year. We had views but unfortunately there were no serious buyers. Things were getting slow and no secured buyers coming forward. However we received no negative comments regarding our property. As a matter of fact they were all very positive. We decided it was time maybe to change estate agent. We met with Joe Carey one of the Branch Manager and everything changed for us. Joe was so kind, knowledgeable, confident, reassuring and we felt so relaxed that we made the right call. We didn’t stay on the market long enough to get to know him and his team. Joe reassured us that our property would be sold. But we didn’t think within 2 weeks. We just want to thank Joe and Kate and the team for their hard work . We would definitely recommend them. We have so much faith and trust and they just did all the hard work with such dedication. Many thanks to an outstanding team for making us and so many able to start a new chapter in our lives.
