My first contact in Your-Move in Gillingham was a Mason Crawley and he has been great from the onset.
I only had handful of viewings but Mason was always there on time and even when called, if not in the office - he would come back within few hours!
Gillingham branch of Your-Move has been on the ball with communications and really couldn't flaw them - I could certainly recommend them as estate agents! Thank you Mason and thank you rest of the team!

Absolutely appalling service regarding a viewing that I was looking to attend on two different occasions with the second occasion being cancelled due to the estate agents locking the key in another office over the weekend meaning I made the visit down to Gillingham for no reason. Was incredibly disappointing and they didn’t seem contrite or concerned. Anyone listing their property with this office should give it serious thought as they do not seem serious about cash buyers ! No apologies or attempts to rebook after two failed visits embarrassing
In response to your reply I received no confirmation details regarding the original viewing including the address of said property. How can I reasonably be expected to attend a viewing with no address. Frankly your conduct is insulting.

They had to wait a long time for probate & Land Registry processes to be undertaken, held up by a pandemic, before they could market the property. When they did, it all went swiftly and very smoothly. My experience with YOUR MOVE is not good at all, firstly when we went to collect the key to our apart nobody followed us to show us how things should be operated, secondly we told them two adults but we were given one key??? A door to a room was not there, they promised to fix but still not fixed till we moved in. Kitcten not in good condition, collapsed cabinet under the kitchen zinc, dirty oven, plenty dirt in front of the house not packed. All the above concerns were raised when we went for viewing and they promised to sort it but nothing was done.
